Boner Kawanger 0 Report post Posted March 5, 2006 Oh, and did anyone else notice Luthor Flash using YELLOW JELL-O to beat Green Lantern? Because that was awesome too.
Vampiro69 0 Report post Posted March 5, 2006 I thought this was easily the best episode of the season. I also liked the vauge reference to Flash deciding to get some from the one woman while in Luthor's body. Top moments 1. A Luthor possessed Flash saying that he won't wash his hands because he is evil. 2. A Flash possessed Luthor taking off the mask to reveal his id and saying "I have no clue who I am." Overall, I thought this was the best of the season so far, with Flash and Substance a distant second.

Kaertos 0 Report post Posted March 6, 2006 A nice little episode with a subtle touch that made me laugh: The voice of the flash (and thus, the voice of Lex whle he possessed Flash) is Michael Rosenbaum who lays a young Lex on Smallville. By the by, he also did the voice of Kid Flash on Teen Titans.
Vampiro69 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2006 What did everyone think of the episode last night? The fights were good but the overall storyline was nothing special. Does anyone know who the two villians were that were fighting in the beginning?
Dr. Zaius 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2006 I have a hard time getting excited about watching this show. It just hasn't been good since the Cadmus storyline ended. That was its creative peak, and its all downhill from here.
Golgo 13 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2006 The long ass delay didn't help either. The latest episode was boring. The fights were good, but they did such a good job with Question/Huntress and Green Arrow/Canary that I just don't care about either of them unless Question and Arrow are involved. EdwardKnoxII 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2006 From what the TV Guides says JLU ISN'T coming on tonight. But, on the bright side the 1st season of JL comes out on Tuesday.
Kurt Angle Mark 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2006 Apparently the next JLU episodes have been pushed back to mid-April. CN is showing anime movies the next few weeks. I personally have enjoyed the episodes this season. The two Flash episodes have been as good as anything they have done. I really like last week's as well, only "Patriot Act" was a disappointment to me. Remember that the writers went into last season thinking that was the final one so they gave the best they had. This season they are just trying to use as many characters as they can and have some fun, therefore the storylines aren't as deep as last year.
Golgo 13 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2006 Yes. A month of Miyazaki movies. If anyone hasn't seen them, give them a chance.
Guest InuYasha Report post Posted March 19, 2006 Yes. A month of Miyazaki movies. If anyone hasn't seen them, give them a chance. I have Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke, so I'll pass when those two are on. I've heard a lot of good things about Nausicaa, so I'll probably watch that one. My Neighbor Totoro seems a little too kiddie for my taste. I'll check it out, but I'll probably pass on that one, too.

ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2006 Supergirl sets up a spin-off tonight... And I would have LOVED to hear Superman's reaction to hearing about Supergirl's new boyfriend.
SuperJerk 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2006 There's a rumor going around that "Supergirl and the Legion" is being nixed in favor of a "Superboy" cartoon. http://www.legionclubhouse.com/index.php?o...id=108&Itemid=
ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2006 There's a rumor going around that "Supergirl and the Legion" is being nixed in favor of a "Superboy" cartoon. http://www.legionclubhouse.com/index.php?o...id=108&Itemid=2 Hopefully that's wrong. Supergirl needs her own series without Superman more than Superboy needs a series.
AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted April 18, 2006 Doesn't the Superboy legal muck kind of put that whole concept into major doubt (see comic book folder)? Sure, DCAU Clark Kent was never Superboy and had just become Superman when he moved to Metropolis, but that very fact and the villain embargo somewhat limits what they can do with it. The Legion one is more intriguing from a creative standpoint--although they have done a futuristic-style world already with Beyond. They'd tried to make all the DCAU stuff fit together (Murakami junk aside), and this would just ruin it.
Guest IV:XX Report post Posted April 18, 2006 I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this, but they already showed the first threeabout 4 months ago. I have my DVR set to record all episodes and got'em a while back. I am Legion was great, and left alot of room for more. Grod was the leader, and it was set up really cool. The one about Hawk girls boyfriend is cool, he ends up being the real Hawkman. The one about the center of the earth was more realted to the big picture with the LOD. ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2006 That better be the last Hawkgirl ep. Well, considering it's the third to last episode of the series, I'd say so.
AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2006 I wouldn't be surprised if the last two had a major Hawkgirl plot. They're really overdone it with her.
SuperJerk 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2006 1. The final 2 episodes finishes up the Legion of Doom plot and brings back Darkseid . Then, of course, there's also the Brainiac vs. Superman straight-to-DVD movie coming out this summer (along with Season 2 of Justice League and the 3rd/final Superman AS set). 2. I generally accept the idea that this show isn't necessarily for kids, but tonight they just ABUSED their TVY7 rating all to hell.

Yeah, especially when they showed the red liquid, at first making it seem like blood. Even tricked me for a bit.
AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2006 I got a huge kick out of the huge pool of bl--er, WINE! WINE! Y7? I never noticed. It shouldn't really be a big deal because of the time slot, though.
Vampiro69 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2006 Yeah, I thought that the wine was blood as well. To me it felt like the show had more of a season 1 or 2 vibe to it, due to the slower pace of the storyline taking place. They seemed to place more of an emphasis on the story then the action. Of course, that could be due to Geoff Johns doing the story for the episode.
