Case in point, He had all the time in the world to run out 3 yards for the first down and yet insisted on staying in the pocket with no one open and just waited for a Bengals jersey to flatten him.

Moss may be the big play threat, but without an offensive line leader (which their center was), then they couldn't have thrown the ball if they wanted too. But right now they are just coughing up the ball for the sake of coughing up the damn ball it seems.
