Conspiracy_Victim 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2005 God, there's this obnoxious ass here at work who just screamed "GAME OVER BABY!!!!! PETTITTE AIN'T GIVIN' UP NUTHING!!!!!" after Ensberg drove in the run. I've never been to Houston, but I can only imagine that they have some of the most annoying fans in baseball. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Right behind the annoying whining Tomahawk chopping Chipper blowing Brave fans. bob_barron 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2005 Chipper Jones deserves all the praise he gets. Seriously, insult us for the Tomahawk, but everything else is just people being stupid

Seriously, insult us for the Tomahawk, but everything else is just people being stupid <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So if someone says something positive about the Braves or a particular Brave, they "deserve all they praise they get" but if someone's for the Astros they're, let's see some of the adjectives used by Brave fans in this thread, "annoying" and "obnoxious". Ok. Go myopia.

You do than you're off my non-existent list. I'll be sure to get off it as soon as possible... Anyways Hate the Cards Apathetic about the Pirates and Brewers as long as they aren't 1) good and 2) playing Cincy Cubs I don't know how to feel about (again, only applicable to when not playing Cincy)

Guest TheDon Report post Posted October 5, 2005 With the Astros scoring in the top of the 8th and last time I checked they had the bases loaded and no outs. Looks like Andy and the Stros are going to pull out Game 1 and take over Home Field Advantage. Tommorow is a big game for John Smoltz who at 14-4 is one of the greaest post seaon pitchers ever. The problem for the braves comes in game three when they cannot matchup pitching wise with Roy Oswalt.

bob_barron 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2005 Jorge Sosa doesn't seem to lose, so Game 3 isn't that much of a mismatch. He hasn't really had a bad start all year, except for a game against the D-Backs.

bob_barron 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2005 Can someone explain to me why the Braves are so bad at Games 1?? Since 1999 they're 1-5! Watching the bullpen implode, just like old times.* * By old times, I mean last week.

bob_barron 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2005 Reitsma has an ERA of 81.00. Funny, that mirrored his postseason ERA from last season! Watching Foster implode is a bit disconcerting, since the guy was really good until the last month of the season. Now he's just as bad as everyone else. Smoltz needs to go 7 tomorrow.
