Yeah, the Packers are using the Ravens' max protect scheme and sure enough, the Steelers aren't getting to the QB and miraculously, the Packers are finding someone open against the softee zone behind the blitz.

For whatever reason, Dick LeBeau hasn't figured it out yet that teams with no real threat at WR will not bash their head against the brick wall by sending five guys out for a pass. They'll stay in, protect with 8, and pick apart the D by chipping with a tight end or RB and picking up the first underneath. This is starting to get a little ridiculous.

If anything, it definitely helps even things out when it comes to the pass rush.

 

I didn't want to say it earlier, but I'm pretty damn impressed with Samkon Gado. Haven't seen a Packer running back run this well this season since maybe Najeh's performance in Week 5 (the Saints win, where Najeh broke his leg)
