ChrisMWaters Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 So is JBL a face now? Did he like become a babyface in light of Eddie's death or something? He's only a face in these Smackdown vs. Raw things. Otherwise, he's a heel.
Downhome Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 I'm on the verge of hating Rey Mysterio, after that SD special and him yelling for Bradshaw just now.
Hoff Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 So...the two most over heels on SmackDown are RAW guys...tremendous.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 Big Show really oughta protect himself on those chair shots. They look good and all, but dude's gonna have problems later on if he keeps taking them right on the top of his head.
Hoff Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 I thought that's where you were supposed to take them. Thought I read that in Foley's book, or somewhere.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 I thought that's where you were supposed to take them. Thought I read that in Foley's book, or somewhere. Yeah, and look how well Foley's done with the ol' noggin injuries. I always thought the top of your head was where several of the bones that make up your skull met. Hence it could lead to some severe injuries if struck hard enough.
buffybeast Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 Who is this Boogeyman, where did he come from, and who thought this would make a good angle? It's not even entertaining, well, it's kind of sick. But it's stupid. Also, I hadn't really watched wrestling in a long time. Is it me or has Randy Orton lost some of his size since last year?
randomguy Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 You want to take a shot on the front 3rd of your head, like heading a soccer ball. You don't want to take it on the very top or anywhere near the back, that is where the 3 bones meet. But the font 1/3 of your head (say couple inches above the hairline) is very strong. That's what I would imagine. (I'm no doctor) I liked the Boogeyman...what can I say. Who knows if he will actually be interesting week to week but for a debut it wasn't bad. At least he has a pretty unique look. I liked the little dance/gyration things he did. Now all he has to do is spin his head around 360 degrees or walk down the ramp on 4 limbs facing upwards. Overall not a bad show tonight.
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 I loved when Boogeyman would do his body shake dance thing, and Tazz would then freak out about it.
Guest Ransome Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 Choices lines spoken during the tag team battle royale that have gotta rank up there with JR's "Henry is handling the Big Johnson" from RR '98: <Tazz> The Dicks are gonna explode if they win this thing! <Cole> Animal is beating on The Dicks!

All the bone connections are pretty strong though I'm pretty sure that area is best mainly because the impact is more likely to be spread over a greater area. As long as they stay away from the temples the head's not going to be damaged.
Guest New Jake Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 Well, I must confess. Boogyman=FUTURE!
cabbageboy Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 New Jake, what are you going to think when Orton: --Is the sole survivor at Survivor Series 3 years straight. --Beats UT in a HIAC match. --Wins the Royal Rumble. --Beats Batista at WM to regain the title.... And still has no heat?
The Mandarin Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 Best place to take a chair shot to the head is your hands.

And still has no heat? I would wright a letter to Vince saying "TOLD YA SO". Seriously, I don't watch smackdown anymore so it doesn't matter. --Is the sole survivor at Survivor Series 3 years straight. Funny you should mention. I hope they're not starting up a "Orton is undefeated in Survivor Series" concept. That would really be...can I say it...Unoutstabdable.
Da Maintenance Man Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 Happy they hired Krystal back. Krystal = Decent show overall though.
