Guest slmon Posted December 8, 2005 Report Posted December 8, 2005 "...All I have to say is if that’s his plan, he’s done a pretty shitty job so far the last few weeks..." Not so much, Alvarez. The guy played a low-key role last show and the one before that, and that is a helluva good start in mending his image with the IWC.
Guest hasbeen Posted December 8, 2005 Report Posted December 8, 2005 Who do some of you that hate him feel should be at the top level, instead? And why? Johnny Parisi has smooth skills. Anyone else, that's not too old, green, retired or pretty much broken down? Somebody has to carry things. I agree they've not developed the new guys as well as they should have but in the meantime, who else would anyone on here want as the top talent?
10 Pounds Posted December 8, 2005 Report Posted December 8, 2005 If this story was real, I could see Triple H's reaction to be just like Coffey's avatar.
slimm44 Posted December 8, 2005 Report Posted December 8, 2005 why must you check my IP, I am the game, and I have no reason to lie, whenever I cant sleep in the night, you will see me adding to discussion and finding out what I can do to make myself an entertaining asset to you people once again. How could you have trouble sleeping with someone as hot as Stephanie laying next to you?
Guest New Jake Posted December 9, 2005 Report Posted December 9, 2005 His storyling with Batista was the best storyline WWE has done in a while, slowly changing Batista from a mindless animal to a threat to evolution, culminating with the Raw/Smackdown contract signing. HHH was a big part of that. No it damn well wasn't. The hole thing was so tastelessly cliche and boring. HHH putting over Batista was as poor as putting over Goldberg. Batista is a terrible champion and top face alltogeather. HHH deserves no credit for putting over garbage. As far as wrestling goes I'll take HHH over HBK. Not to get into a tiff about HBK, but I feel he does the same thing every match You're joking right? HHH's match formula is way more repetetive-dictating the match pace against the face with nothing but punches and the same moveset he's been using his entire career.
Guest Dr. Wrestlingphysics Posted December 9, 2005 Report Posted December 9, 2005 Wait a minute, I thought I was Triple H.
Guest Leelee Posted December 9, 2005 Report Posted December 9, 2005 First is that, since dropping the DX-styled bad-boy character around 2000 or so, I have no idea what his character is supposed to be. His character is your usual heel that thinks he's the greatest... except he actually IS the greatest, because he wins all the time (at least until this year), and more importantly, is perceived as stronger and smarter than everyone else. I guess this character has worked, somewhat... because the marks were gleeful that HHH finally got his comeuppance from Batista, which got Batista way more over than he ever should be. And yet, HHH still keeps his godlike aura. And, for the 2000-2005 time period, WWE could have stuck any pieces of crap in the main event, and the ratings would still be high.
