Optimus Prime, Megatron, Starscream, Ironhide, the majority of the classic G1 stars. Eh, I think the main reason behind something like that is that they didn't want to try and explain how 20-25 foot tall robots could all of the sudden become small enough for a human to hold and pick-up.
