Guest OKCoyote Report post Posted January 22, 2006 Fargo, North Dakota. The camera picks up on Kevin Coyote backstage before the show. He is busy - what else - speaking to someone on his cell phone. "Yeah, it's my first main event, and I'm tag teaming with the SWF champion. This is my chance to really show them what I'm capable of." A pause as Coyote listens to the voice on the other end. "No, baby, I've given up on the gauntlet idea. Those dogs in CC obviously aren't willing to listen to me. Besides, there's an even bigger match for the taking. I've entered my name into the Clusterfuck match!" Another pause. "It's even bigger than the gauntlet, girl. If I win the Clusterfuck match, and earn myself a shot at the SWF Championship... they'll have no choice but to respect me!" Coyote looks up suddenly as he becomes aware of another presence beside him. He frowns. "Baby, I've got to go for now. Call you later? ...Kay. Bye." Coyote hangs up the phone and stares down William "Justice" Hearford. "Well, hello, Kevin Douglas," Hearford says sarcastically. "What do you want, dog?" Hearford hands Coyote a piece of paper. Coyote snatches it away and eyes it suspiciously. "What is this?" "This," answers Hearford smuglly, "is a copy of your birth certificate." "My birth certificate?" Coyote's eyes narrow. "How did you get this?" "That doesn't matter," Hearford replies. "What matters is that I now know the truth about you - the secret you've been keeping from everyone since you got here. No one is going to want you around here once this becomes public, I guarantee it." Coyote looks panicked. "You can't... you wouldn't..." Hearford nods slowly. "If you don't go public with this information... then I will." A stricken look passes over Coyote's face, but just for a moment. "All right. I'll make it public. But not until after Clusterfuck." "Agreed," replies Hearford. "But why then?" "Because," says Coyote as he pockets the certificate, "once I win the Clusterfuck, I'll earn the respect of this company for sure - and this here will just be a piece of paper." This is a nice promo, just like all your others, and it's good to see guys coming in with an angle already, for the most part, set up for them. It'll be interesting to see where you go with this.
