Anyways of course she tells him this, he's called and harassed me. Guess Saturday morning she decided enough was enough of his shit and he was out. She got the house key (her house) and he pushed her into a door, threw her up against a wall, and threw her down while trying to get the key back. Oh and her 5 year old daughter saw all this too. Somehow she got him out of the house, locked him out and called the police. It's a cause of he said/she said and about the only thing they would do is take her to a shelter. She stayed at our house thr rest of the weekend and filed an order of protection. I guess some men think it makes them cool to rough up a girl. He's cocky and an asshole, but at the same time a little bitch. Makes me sick. He deserves to have his ass beaten from some unknown person but doing anything right now would be a mistake. Hows that. Doubtful he involves the police, and if he does just deny it. But if the cops know your tight with this girl, then get one of your friends to do the deed. Guest gthureson Report post Posted January 26, 2006 I'm not a legal expert, and I'm Canadian to boot so I'm not exactly up on all them there legal niceties you have in the States, but.... ...do you not think that advertising on the intraweb for strangers to criminally harass someone for a few days would be a case where you could start handing out subpoenas to everyone remotely involved? Followed by a few legal demands of: "Hey, mind giving us an address on this ISP?" Companies may go to bat for filesharers, cause thats most of the client base and essentially physically harmless, but protecting would-be stalkers for hire is bad PR. They'd give you up.
