Failed Bridge Posted February 25, 2006 Report Posted February 25, 2006 I live here now. In a part called "Roundhill" on the most childesh sounding street ever named. I work in Purcellville where 95% of the teen population appears to be stoned and skateboarding. There seems to be two loves that most people around here share. The Washington Redskins, and Jesus. I don't care for either one and feel real out of place. I made Assistant Manager in less than a month where I work. Bossing people around is fun. That's all I got right now. I'll have my own computer again very shortly.
Guest Princess Leena Posted February 25, 2006 Report Posted February 25, 2006 Why did you move to Virginia.
k thx Posted February 25, 2006 Report Posted February 25, 2006 It's hard to rhyme a word like Virginia.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 25, 2006 Report Posted February 25, 2006 and just remember.. Virginia is for Lovers!
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted February 25, 2006 Report Posted February 25, 2006 Every there has personalized license plates. It's odd.
Guest Fook Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 I work in Purcellville where 95% of the teen population appears to be stoned and skateboarding. It's like this everywhere. Goddamn kids...
Carnival Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 So...Virginia I'm on the grind all the time there.
Guest Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 I was wondering where the hell you were.
Lord of The Curry Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 I've heard playground rumours that FFMS is actually Leena.
The Czech Republic Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 Curry, I was using that Richie and Margot scene before you, poser sup Fridge
Failed Bridge Posted February 26, 2006 Author Report Posted February 26, 2006 Every there has personalized license plates. It's odd. Just yesterday I said to my uncle "I've never seen so many custom plates in my life, and not one of them means a thing".
Edwin MacPhisto Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 I'm in Charlottesville. The custom VA plate I see all the time is "OH KATIE." Somebody who lives down the street from me has "PLEZURE."
NYU Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 Good to see you back. CWM has a baby, FFMS comes back, and Crucifixio Jones of TSM fame is on MySpace. This has been a good week.
Lord of The Curry Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 Czech responds to my avatar flirtation with nothing but cold disdain. *Sigh*
Failed Bridge Posted February 26, 2006 Author Report Posted February 26, 2006 I'm in Charlottesville. The custom VA plate I see all the time is "OH KATIE." Somebody who lives down the street from me has "PLEZURE." Just now we were behind a car with a license plate that read "HN GPSY". I can only guess it means "Ancient Gypsy" but I've no clue why anybody would want that as a custom plate.
Guest Princess Leena Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 Why did you move to Virginia.
Failed Bridge Posted February 26, 2006 Author Report Posted February 26, 2006 Its a long story that I don't feel like typing out. Basically there was work here and family that I enjoy compared to Mass where there were no jobs and family I didn't enjoy.
Guest Princess Leena Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 I see. What is this huge career opportunity that you have taken advantage of so quickly.
Failed Bridge Posted February 26, 2006 Author Report Posted February 26, 2006 Paralegal work for my uncle and running a pizza parlor for the next 6 months, since there's no waiting line to be a firefighter here. I just need my driving liscense and it appears that you need to have your permit for 6months in Virginia before you can have your driver's liscense. What I'm doing now isn't the most glamorous, but I am on a good track to become a firefighter (which is what I do want to do) where-as in Mass it would take 3-4 years to get into firefighting due to the long waiting list.
k thx Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 Ba firefighter in the armed forces. It's similar but easier to get in and you get to go to exotic places. Like Iraq. (NB, this is based on UK firefighting. I dunno what the situation is in the States)

Stephen Joseph Posted February 27, 2006 Report Posted February 27, 2006 Welcome neighbor Doesnt that scare you?
Guest Princess Leena Posted February 27, 2006 Report Posted February 27, 2006 It should scare you. But, luckily, he'll never be able to get a real job like you... so, he'll either live with his family the rest of his life, or kill himself.
The Czech Republic Posted February 27, 2006 Report Posted February 27, 2006 Well getting out of his mom and dad's is a step in the right direction; I got the impression from him that being there wasn't doing him any good.
EricMM Posted February 27, 2006 Report Posted February 27, 2006 Moving closer to Marney? Welcome to the DC Metro area, boardkiller!
Failed Bridge Posted February 28, 2006 Author Report Posted February 28, 2006 Welcome neighbor Doesnt that scare you? Not really. I'd be scared if you were Sandy. The man didn't know how to plunge a toilet before talking to me. But, luckily, he'll never be able to get a real job like you... so, he'll either live with his family the rest of his life, or kill himself. Fire Department isn't a real job? You know you'd get all sad if anything happened to me. Lets hug Well getting out of his mom and dad's is a step in the right direction; I got the impression from him that being there wasn't doing him any good. I think that's the reason for my depression. I'd like to see anybody here spend a few months living with my mother and see if they don't become depressed and at times suicidal. I'm the happiest I've been in god knows how long. Moving closer to Marney? Welcome to the DC Metro area, boardkiller! Not intenionally. I'm on the border of West Virginia more than the DC Metro area. I like to call this place "nowhere's ville bumfuck Virginia".

Slayer Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 I had a hard time being around his mom for just one day. His dad rocks though.
