Scary Movie 4

Recommended Posts

The thing that's always been curious about the first one though is that Scream itself was a semi spoof of slasher flicks.

Gotta disagree on Nielsen in the 3rd one however, I thought he had easily the best scenes. I loved the line "These men died for their country....send flowers to their bitches and ho's."

Totally agree. One of the best lines of the film, hands-down, mostly because it was so unexpected. The one scene of Nielson's that I can't stand, though, is in the White House bit wherein he gives out bobble heads and insults indians. On the other hand, running over a few aliens and tossing down a few 20s is comical. The mouse-rat conversation, however, is comedic gold. Improv~!

CJ: Rate are out side, mice are inside.

Mahalik: But what if a mouse goes outside does it become a rat, and if a rat is in the house, is it a mouse?

CJ: I ain't seen no mouse outside. That's what I'm sayin'.

Mahalik: That's because it's a rat, fool!

CJ: Damn! You mighta just made fact. That's some real shit right there!

George: Guys, I really don't see what this has anything to do with anything...

I went and saw it with the gf last night. She liked Benchwarmers more but this one had me rolling. I need to get all 4 of these movies on DVD b/c I loved them all. 2 was the least funny for me but this one was non-stop laughs.

Yea, Damaramu needs to watch more comedies. Didn't the fart jokes and people hitting their head get old after the first 20 minutes?

CJ and Mahalik were def the best part of Scary Movie 3. Aside from the Brokeback spoof, I really wish they would've been given more to do.

The Fahrenheit 9/11 spoof was good I guess. The scene with Leslie Nielsen's ass went on for WAY too long.

No it's called a difference of opinion. Tastes like humor and what you like in movies is subjective. You can't say one is better than the other definitively.

I liked it. I thought it was funny. Comedy is really the only movie I watch and I laugh at almost all of them. I like to laugh. I laugh at high-brow and low-brow comedy.

Big deal.

Oh man, the Bush/Farenheit spoof went over like a lead balloon in my theater. It didn't attract negative reactions, but it didn't attract a single laugh either. Most people just sat somewhat uncomfortable. Either that or they just didn't get the reference.

I am sorry, there is opinon and there is just fact. People getting hit in the head over and over for a hour and a half is not great comedy writing.

If this had you laughing non stop you must really laugh at alot of stuff. Even shit I don't find funny, I can still see how people would find it funny. But Girl gets hit with baseball...then football...the car door, then tree...then wall...then door...then wall again....then wall again...that shit isn't funny.

Guest Princess Leena

This movie was painfully bad. I share Ripper's thoughts. And I don't think even 10 year olds would find this funny. The worst was the black girl reminding us at least 20 times that she's a slut. Har har!
