Just read that Sabu signed a deal with WWE shortly after Lockdown.

Sad to see him go, he wasnt great at Lockdown, but Ive always been a fan.

I can only assume this is for the ECW return in the summer.

It's rather insignificant for TNA to lose him. He was too on/off TV to really mean much and TNA needs to trim the roster some anyways. (James Gang anyone?)

The only thing he'll mean to ECW/WWE is some legitimacy in the startup of ECW. After that, it's back to being old and broken down.

Yea it's too bad, I enjoyed his TNA run.

I have a feeling he won't be the first and only casualty of this whole thing. While some of those guys may not feel much allegiance toward WWE, they would probably run through brick walls for Paul E. (unless if he still owes them money, but if not, I have a feeling that people that worked for Paul like Paul for the most part)...

I liked him for what he was but the tank is too empty for me to care. TNA can find someone younger and faster to work the same style as Sabu if they really need a guy to fit in that spot.

I hope he does well in "that thing" the WWE is forming, but I can't see him lasting. Especially when he starts no-showing dates left and right because he got bored.

One reason his work in TNA didn't suck so hard is because he was used on and off. He didn't burn out as an act and he didn't cripple his body as much.

If the ECW guys have to work a WWE-like schedule, Sabu won't last a year with them.
