If you can prove someone is a serial killer after one murder, by all means give them the maximum, ask for the life in jail with no bail, what have you.

And you can't "prove" someone's a serial killer after just one murder. The very definition of "serial killer" is someone who commits a series of similar murders without any material motives.

Prison is the last place that's going to rehabilitate someone's hateful attitude. The propensity for gangs and race-oriented violence is increased exponentially in a federal pen.

Just an update on this, it is now being reported that while in jail Henry Tuck was beaten up by two inmates, one white the other black. When they entered jail they begged to be segerated from the rest of the inmates and that was denied. After the attack, both boys rae now in isolation and the accused inmates have nothing to worry about. The police will not do anything to them.

What if the victim was trying to do more than kiss the 12 year old? They're not very clear about that issue.
