That way, you have the Red state vs. Blue state thing going, and when they form like Voltron it turns purple, which would be appropriate on a number of levels. Making the problem worse were all the people in the old CE who would just simply let him handle arguments with people and go "yeah, he's right!" but never offer anything of their own. CE wasn't even the problem. The guy managed to piss off people in the Sports, TNA, and Movie folders as well (remember the Farenheit 9/11 thread, anyone?), so his banning was rather late in coming. The place is better off without him and all of the people who slurped up whatever xenophobic and ignorant arguments dribbled out of his ass. Oh come on. Mike was a good guy. He'd get out of hand now and then, but seriously: banning MikeSC caused The Pit. Think about it. Besides, the NEW Better CE is just the same as it was when Mike and Marney ran the show, except now it's Y2Jerk and NoCalMike doin' their thing.
