Most annoying ROH crowd ever?

Recommended Posts

And why is it that people are allowed to diss the WWE but not ROH?

Dis the product all you like. But throwing around terms like 'elitist' and 'ROHbots' to discredit a product is silly.

Most annoying crowd would have to be from the 6/24 show in chicago. There were some people in almost every section trying to get themselves over rather than watching the show. I had this one kid sitting behind me who kept shouting stupid shit all night. I prefer to just watch wrestling and be entertained.

fwiw, a lot of the ROH crowds throughout 2006 had small pockets of CZW fans throughout, who made it their mission to disrupt the show. Kinda went with the storyline, I guess.

It's the fans who yell out everything having to do with wwe and ecw at the shows that annoy me. I dont mind the czw fans at all. I didn't mean the whole crowd. Just people who yell out same old shit and other chants like that. Btw that's a cool sig you have with dragon and strong there tigeraid.

Orton oozes heel charisma a lot more naturally than Danielson. His backstage antics prove that. Orton vs. Rey from 4/7/06 Smackdown is a good example of his heel schtick. I think Danielson is obviously better all around, but Orton is fine when he is in with guys who know how to work.

Danielon doesn't need cheap racial heat to get a response. The problem with Orton (and JBL) is they can reach an acceptable mid-card level of heat, but to get that angry 'I want to see him burn' heat they have to either be downright racist, incredibly insensitive (even in terms of Heel heat) or go to the ECW arena. In addition, neither can maintain that kind of heat during a match. Danielson can, because he's able to work the crowd into hating him even though they obviously respect the Hell out of him. Also, in great Heel tradition he DOESN'T play up to the crowd for a face response. If he's getting one, he'll do something to reverse that response and get the crowd behind his opponent. Heck, he managed to get them begging Storm to make him tap out, and as good as Storm is he was never a terrific babyface.
