BruiserKC 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2006 I got this idea the other day messing around with my video library...what kind of cards could we put together with wrestlers from different eras and different organizations. Rather than do the obvious like Hogan vs. Flair, etc...I'm taking wrestling organizations from different eras and pitting them in dream cards. I'll do 1985 NWA/JCP vs. 1996 ECW---I'm not worried about who wins. Sam Houston vs. Mikey Whipwreck "Outlaw" Ron Bass vs. Brian Lee Midnight Express vs. Pitbulls Magnum T.A. vs. 2 Cold Scorpio Rock 'n' Roll Express vs. Sabu/Rob Van Dam "Nature Boy" Buddy Landell vs. Stevie Richards Sandman vs. Nikita Koloff Dusty Rhodes vs. Raven Ole and Arn Anderson vs. the Rottens Tully Blanchard vs. Chris Jericho Ivan Koloff vs. Taz Road Warriors vs. the Dudleys Fabulous Freebirds vs. the Gangstas Barry Windham vs. Terry Funk Ric Flair vs. Shane Douglas
iliketurtles 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2006 1997 WWF vs. 2000 WWF Bret Hart vs. Kurt Angle Shawn Michaels vs. The Rock Ken Shamrock vs. Triple H Mankind vs. Chris Jericho Steve Austin vs. Chris Benoit Sid vs. Kane Vader vs. Undertaker LOD vs. Edge and Christian Owen Hart vs. Eddie Guerrero Doug Furnas & Phil Lafon vs. Hardys Headbangers vs. Dudleys Jim Niedhart, The British Bulldog, Brian Pillman vs. Rikishi and Too Cool I did this pretty quick but you've got a 6 man tag that would be hot, several good tag matches, and three or four single matches that could reach ****1/2-*****. This would be a show I'd pay for.

Just John 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2006 Let's try some recent crossover: 2005 NOAH vs. 2005 WWE Low Ki, Ricky Marvin, SUWA vs. The Mexicools (Juvi, Psicosis, Super Crazy) Go Shiosaki, Kotaro Suzuki, Scorpio vs. Paul London, Brian Kendrick, Jamie Noble Naomichi Marufuji vs. Shelton Benjamin Minoru Suzuki vs. Chris Jericho Yoshinobu Kanemaru and Takeshi Sugiura vs. MNM KENTA vs. Rey Mysterio --Intermission-- Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Kurt Angle Jun Akiyama vs. Eddie Guerrero Kensuke Sasaki, Katsuhiko Nakajima, Katsuyori Shibata vs. Edge, Christian, Triple H (Main Event) Kenta Kobashi vs. Chris Benoit ------------------------------------------------ I know I technically used a couple freelancers, but I figure since they were in NOAH at some point, I could use them. I made this pretty fast, and when I look at it, my last 6 man is really odd, but I wanted to get Sasaki, E/C, and HHH on the card. Plus it makes a good buffer between my big singles matches. World's Worst Man 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2006 1995 AJPW vs. 1995 NJPW Yuji Nagata vs. Jun Akiyama - Young guns match. Akitoshi Saito/Shiro Koshinaka/Kuniaki Kobayashi vs. Masao Inoue/Takao Omori/Jun Izumida - Future Dark Agents COLLIDE~! Koji Kanemoto vs. Yoshinari Ogawa. Dick vs. Annoying Bug. Doug Furnas & Dan Kroffat vs. Satoshi Kojima & Manabu Nakanishi Steve Williams & Johnny Ace vs. Masahiro Chono & Hiroyoshi Tenzan Jushin Liger vs. Tsuyoshi Kikuchi Kenta Kobashi vs. Kensuke Sasaki - Hey hey, it's this match again, just 10 years early. Kobashi was better back then, but Sasaki was a lot worse. Interesting. Toshiaki Kawada & Akira Taue vs. Keiji Muto & Hiroshi Hase - This would have been like, a million stars. Giant Baba & Stan Hansen vs. Riki Choshu & Antonio Inoki - Got crowd heat? Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Shinya Hashimoto. The two successors to the Inoki/Baba legacy clashing during their primes (well ok, maybe a year early for Hashimoto, but he was almost there at this point). Holy christ. I get the feeling this card would draw something like 200,000 to the 60,000 capacity Tokyo Dome.

humanoid92 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2006 1994 WWF vs. 2001 WWF This is stretching it a little because some people like the Steiners were only around the first month or two of '94, and some people like the British Bulldog didn't return until the summer. So even though the Steiners and Davey Boy are being used on the '94 roster, they were never actually with the company at the same time. That said...
