Darthtiki 0 Report post Posted July 20, 2006 This possibly belongs in the LSD folder but I'll post it here. Has anyone had those moments when someone from your past resurfaces and is completely changed and your first thought is "Ain't that a bitch". I had one of these moments last night. I was cruising the MySpace looking for people who I went to Junior High with (I went to a Catholic school, so my class was small) and happened to find the girl I was madly infatuated with. Apparently she's married and has a kid now. I figured that she probably was but when I saw it I was like ain't that a bitch. So feel free to share those moments. Guest Princess Leena Report post Posted July 20, 2006 All the time. Every month or so, I go on a high school search through myspace, and notice how 80% of my female classmates gained 100 lbs. And a surprising amount turned into failures. Makes me feel good. And some have found me, even though I try hard to hide from them. They say the usual nice things. I don't want to hear it. dubq 0 Report post Posted July 20, 2006 One girl I used to have a huge crush on is now a lesbian. Though, I wasn't surprised when I found out considering who her high school boyfriend was. I also have another crush, that I've never seen since high school, but every now and then when I'm going through my yearbook I think, "What the fuck was I on?!" tominator89 0 Report post Posted July 20, 2006 Yeah, I came across a few people I knew from High School on Myspace that I never expected to get a Ph.D. Which makes me wonder why people with Doctorate degrees are on Myspace anyway.

Guest DRH 502 Report post Posted July 20, 2006 Yeah definately...At least 3 ex-girlfriends who i'd kinda hoped i'd never have to look at again besides the random run in at the mall I ran across scanning myspace profiles.

MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2006 Im pretty sure that the only girl I ever had a crush on (back to middle school) has a myspace page but it sucks that she hasn't logged on in over a year. I've sent a message but nothing. And even if she did reply, I doubt shed even remember me and she damn sure wouldn't recognize me.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2006 I've been tracked down by two girls who still love me, three who want to fuck me and three who want me to start dating their best friends (that is dangerously close to an Eagles song). Even after I explained I am engaged. Myspace is weird like that. And yeah, I've searched out the old people from high school but haven't messaged a one of them. Seems like all the girls are either married, pregnant, married and pregnant, or lesbians. My class just raised the bar! And Leena, is that you on your main profile picture on myspace? I swear to god, if it is then you are the woman of a 1001 looks. You rarely look the same in any picture.
Guest Report post Posted July 21, 2006 I don't have a Myspace, but I'm looking around for people right now. A lot of people have either turned gay or are in denial of it.

The Niggardly King 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2006 There was this one girl who I was friends with since the 6th grade, but when I went to homeschool in the 11th grade, we had a falling out. Looked for her on myspace, and there she is... 2 kids later

Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2006 I was just looking at my graduating class on myspace, and didn't remember many of the people. Two are gay. One not suprising. The other remains a mystery.

Slayer 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2006 Do the gay ones suddenly like Tori Amos? or Ani DiFranco? I've also done some classmate hunting on myspace and found either one of two things 1. They're still trying to put forth some overly cool type image and failing miserably, or 2. It's a platform to show off their not-terribly cute offspring I can at least take comfort in the fact that some of them are even worse off in the hair department than I am

Guest Arnold_OldSchool Report post Posted July 21, 2006 I did run across an old classmate recently. Molly had the unappealing luck of being the 1st girl in my grade to "develop" and Boy howdy did she ever.... And she was a slut too. I was an asshole and would cop feels while passing by at Middle school dances and then in class on Monday would make fun of her for "cleaning out her Mom's tissue box". Oh but they were real. Very real... But as all the other girls developed...Molly stayed the same size and soon other girls were more "womanly" and my interests went elsewhere. Now Molly works at a gas station, is nearing 25 and looks like the characterization of white trash... Ah but she will always be the big racked 11 year old in my crotch...errrr...eyes. Reason I ask because there was a girl in my school (a grade below me) who was named Molly and by 5th grade she developed quick.
Mr. S£im Citrus 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2006 How do you guys remember so many people you went to high school with? Is it because you're still so young, or is it because you never left home? I mean, I've only had correspondence with three people I went to high school with since I left: my two friends and the asshole that became my nephew's biological father. Hell, when I was driving my HHG across country last year, I stopped in Chicago to look my friend up, and that was the first time I'd even been back to Illinois in ten years. I don't think I could name ten people I went to high school with; I couldn't even remember the names of ten guys I was on the wrestling team with, and I did that for four years. Black Lushus 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2006 the only person I still talk to from my graduating class is my wife's best friend's husband...ironically enough, he and I shared a locker our junior and senior year. I hadn't seen him for about 5 years after HS and then one day I find out they're dating...small world. My 10 year reunion was a few years ago...i didn't go, but I checked out a website dedicated to it and I couldn't hardly remember any of them.

Oh, MSC, you and your crazy teal-coloured font. You're only two years old than me and I can remember most, if not all, of the people I went to high school with - plus, I've only kept in touch with maybe 2 of them. Maybe I'm just good with faces? I've always had trouble with this. Kind of funny how often I run into classmates considering that I pretty much never go out anywhere. Well, now that I think about it I suppose I walk around town a lot. I did run into two former girl classmates at the gym yesterday and we both remembered each other so that was cool. Holy shit, I didn't realize FKA Vivi is actually older than me. I pegged you as about 22-23. I'm good with faces, but horrible with actual remembering... like I can look through my yearbook at both my own class and the classes one year above and below and recognize almost 90% of the faces, but with the exception of former wrestling and debate teammates, I have no fucking clue how I knew most of these people. Maybe I'm just good with faces?Maybe. Of course, I've also moved six times since I left high school, and that's not even counting basic or my training commands. Or maybe they just didn't have that big an impression on me; I don't even remember all the people that were in my IT 102 class last quarter, and half of them are in my IT 109 class this quarter! I don't think I could pick four guys from my high school calc class out of a lineup, even if there were only five guys in the lineup.
