Rock is both Black and Samoan but your lineage is on your father's side of the family tree so that makes people like the Rock and Carlito just as black as Booker and Shelton uh.....what? Which means he is just as Samoan as he is Black, and I personally don't think that Rock or Carlito would totally want someone shitting on the non-black part of their heritage. But he is considered samoan to. What dh86 said was dumb. You can't just base someone's race off what their father is and ignore what their mother is.
