You see, it wouldn't be such a forgone conclusion if people actually WON in their hometowns once in a while.

Just WHY are we protecting Lawler here? It's not like he's won a match since he beat Tazz eons ago.

 

Also, how in the video package can they say Edge stole the title from Cena? It was a damn triple threat match!

WrestleMania X8...The Undertaker won in Houston....But Im sure that's wrong...

I dont think it had to do with protecting Lawler so much as trying to make Orton look like a bitch. Or like he's the 'whiny kid' that would do anything to win.

 

And cool...jeff Hardy promo..but it's on RAW, so I'm kind of eh..

X-7 wasn't it? But yeah that's just about the last time I can remember someone winning a high profile match in his hometown.
