It's pointless to set up a match for Umaga when the only purpose he has is being McMahon's attack man for DX. He'll just run-in during the McMahons/DX tag and set up the Umaga/HHH match at Unforgiven.

Hopefully not, Summerslam is already Raw match heavy. The PPV needs more Smackdown and needs to book some ECW matches for the show.

Provided HHH/Umaga is booked for Unforgiven, do you see the WWE tempted to put the WWE Title on Umaga before TNA puts it on Joe in October?

 

If so, when can they do this? They just DID a WWE Title change on Raw, so Unforgiven would be their only option, with a HHH/Edge/Cena/Umaga 4-way clusterfuck.

Damn right it is. AND it's got Vince & Hogan representing Raw, which makes the other brands look inferior. At least when Triple H was parading the World Title around on shows like WM 19 and claiming it the "real title" and "only title that matters" you had mainstream players like Vince, Hogan, and Angle on Smackdown! to boost the fans opinions that both shows were "stacked". But this is one of the worst, blatantly one-sided "big four" PPVs ever.

Its going to be a long while before Umaga gets close to a feud for the WWE title and with saying that, no a 4 way clusterfuck SHOULDN'T happen.

WWE has too much stock invested in Cena and Edge to give Umaga a meaningless title reign, especially with the intent of "beating TNA to the punch" when only a fraction of the WWE fanbase are even aware of Samoa Joe's existance. It also indirectly makes it appear as if WWE observes TNA as a threat which WWE doesn't want to give them that type of rub.

 

Umaga will probably get a title shot when Cena wins the title back but it'll likely end up as a plot point for the HHH/Umaga program.
