Guest StylesMark Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 If the hepatitis issue hadn't happened, I would bet on a Bob Orton appearance. Him being dead is kinda holding him back, too. It's grandpa that's dead.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 I know why will never see Hogan/Austin.. Cause neither of them could set their ego aside to have a match that wouldn't end in a draw.
BorneAgain Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 If the hepatitis issue hadn't happened, I would bet on a Bob Orton appearance. Him being dead is kinda holding him back, too. Cute. I Meant Jr. Plus I don't think Sr. ever had hepatitis.
Hawk 34 Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 If the hepatitis issue hadn't happened, I would bet on a Bob Orton appearance. Him being dead is kinda holding him back, too. It's grandpa that's dead. That IS Bob Orton. Junior is the one with Hep.
CanadianGuitarist Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 Well, the foot on the bottom rope was obviously only there so it can give Orton something to brag about tommorrow, that is, having Hogan beat. I was just gonna say that. I guess this doesn't totally bury Orton. But still. Fuck. Beer to solve this problem. By the way, I was just disgusted by that guy who had Hogan tattooed on his back...although I have the Bret Hart skull on my arm. Now you all know why I would root for Orton, I guess.
Guest StylesMark Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 I know why will never see Hogan/Austin.. Cause neither of them could set their ego aside to have a match that wouldn't end in a draw. Austin should MURDER Hogan, if ever booked.
The Amazing Rando Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 If the hepatitis issue hadn't happened, I would bet on a Bob Orton appearance. Him being dead is kinda holding him back, too. It's grandpa that's dead. I thought Jr. died. What the hell is wrong with me. (don't answer that) ...I blame Juvi.
benn Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 Seriously, Fuck Hogan. He had the perfect opportunity there to put over a young guy who really needed his help. Fuck him.
RedJed Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 Here is the most fucked up part about Hogan......the guy worked the third match on the card, didnt go more than 10-15 minutes, didnt do SHIT to make Orton look even half decent, and gets the biggest chunk of change out of the entire roster on the show. Wow. At least during Hogan/Michaels, Hogan seemed to give Shawn a bit of a rub by giving him a great amount of offense, etc. I think we wont be seeing Hogan back again for awhile, I can't imagine Vince wanting to even bother with this anymore with him.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 I guess Red Sox/Yankees is rained out? I QUIT MATCH!
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 Seriously, Fuck Hogan. He had the perfect opportunity there to put over a young guy who really needed his help. Fuck him. Do you think he really cares? He's getting his money, he doesn't have to show up again for about 5 months.. And foley is smart..he didn't say I quit in his prematch stuff like he did (Er..Mankind) the last time vs the Rock..ha ha.
Mole Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 I guess Red Sox/Yankees is rained out? I QUIT MATCH! Rain delay.
The Amazing Rando Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 The "I Quit" match running now could serve to kinda "show up" Hogan for being such a piece of shit worker, because Foley and Flair will probably put in a decent effort given the lead-in for it.
Guest StylesMark Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 I hope Orton at least fucked Brookers.
CanadianGuitarist Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 I know I'll sound like a mark, but I can't honeslty imagine one of these guys quitting, not the way they hate each other. Good call on the RR 99 reference, Lunatic.
benn Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 My cable was out for the first 2 matches, came back for Orton/Hogan, and now its out again at the start of the match I wanted to see the most. This is fucked up. I'm going to bitch until they give me a free credit.
skullman80 Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 StreamTV is the greatest thing ever...
JimmyHendricks Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 What a shock. I thought the match placement was Hogan's doing in order to not make it seem as monumental. However, it's pretty obvious that Vince just wanted to get this out of the way. I'm sure Hogan agreed to the match saying he'd do the job, then "changed his mind" after it was announced. They had a perfect opportunity to have Orton go over without Hogan looking bad (bad knee), but it's just another Hogan lovefest. Hogan/Austin isn't going to happen, and I'm glad. Who really wants to see that match? In 1997, perhaps. But its 2006, people, and neither one of them could even bump correctly. And don't start with that "They could tell a great story" bullshit. Be glad it's not happening. Buy Brooke's CD!!
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 I figured Flair would go to town on Foleys nuts being its no DQ and all..
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 My cable was out for the first 2 matches, came back for Orton/Hogan, and now its out again at the start of the match I wanted to see the most. It'll probably come back on for DX/McMahons..
CanadianGuitarist Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 We want fire chant...I like it.
skullman80 Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 How does Flair take this kind of abuse at his age?
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 I Dont think Flair is going to be capable of saying I quit.. Barbed wire baseball bat!
benn Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 My cable was out for the first 2 matches, came back for Orton/Hogan, and now its out again at the start of the match I wanted to see the most. It'll probably come back on for DX/McMahons.. Yeah, probably. It'll come on just in time for me to see Vince's ass or something.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 How does Flair take this kind of abuse at his age? I imagine Flair owns stock in a couple drug companies.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 I wonder if Flair will screw up and say "Say I Quit!"
