NoCalMike 0 Report post Posted August 21, 2006 Saw III's trailer doesn't give much in terms to what the plot is, but I guess we can assume a similar situation as the other two. The Screening looks like some BRUTAL SHIT, although it comes off really similar to the flick DEMONS, although I think this flick has the people turning mad/insane rather then zombies. Gary Floyd 0 Report post Posted August 24, 2006 -Jeremy ("North Country","S.W.A.T.") Renner will be in the upcoming Danny Boyle produced sequal to "28 Days Later" called "28 Weeks Later". The movie takes place 28 weeks later (no shit), where American Special Forces teams help to try and re-populate London after the plague. Unfortunateley, there is one person in London who is alive, who is infected, and of course, shit happens. The movie will come out May 11th. -Bad news: There won't be any special features on "The Woods" after all. -Finally, the official website for William Friedkin's latest, "Bug", is now up with a trailer. In Credible 0 Report post Posted August 24, 2006 I enjoy the Saw franchise, and I thought the sequel was good. Hopefully they keep it fresh and original in the third. The people behind it are good people, so I wouldn't mind seeing it keep going if they keep the quality up.
The Metal Maniac 0 Report post Posted August 24, 2006 So....the puppet in the trailer says "Hello America...do you want to play a game?" Unless that's just something they tossed in there for fun, is it not possible that he's somehow got an insane plot which involves, well, all of America? I dunno, maybe he's gonna set off a nuke if people lose the game.
In Credible 0 Report post Posted August 25, 2006 That would be sweet if he had some sort of large scale end game, though that would definately rule out a 4th movie. There wouldn't be much to top genocide.

But i would have prefered it if they'd left it alone. The 2nd seemed to explain to much behind Jigsaw, and i didnt like that. Plus it felt more like a teen slasher flick than anything else. In Credible 0 Report post Posted August 25, 2006 I didn't get the teen feel at all since there was only one teen in the entire movie (the son). I loved how when you look back every single part of the movie was just a step in the plan to get the detective into amanda's game. That was badass.

NoCalMike 0 Report post Posted August 25, 2006 The official webiste for "Feast" is up, and includes theatres and showtimes. Just checked and OF COURSE I am out of town when Feast screens here. On the bright side I will be in Houston, and it does screen there. I just have to talk my friend into going to it. I never understood why this didn't make it into a wide release. It looks just as good as any other generic horror movie out there. Maybe because it is Rated R, which is a big no-no in today's Horror Movie Rules....!?! Because the Weinsteins would rather put out a turd like Cursed wide than a movie people will actually like.

The Weinsteins don't have the best relationship with horror movies that get acclaimed. Look at "Below" only getting a tiny release, while shit like "They" het's a wider release. They basically have no idea how to handle horror movies.
