The Niggardly King Posted September 15, 2006 Report Posted September 15, 2006 I used to do a lot of leg lifting. Got my legs pretty buff. But, that made me inflexible and the probable reason I snapped my achilles. Therefore, weights scare me now. You'd have to stretch a whole fucking lot when you get buff legs. The most important thing to me is flexibility. Then endurance. Strength comes last.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted September 16, 2006 Report Posted September 16, 2006 I could do my weight as a senior in HS, but I haven't lifted regularly since. You're a big boy too, aren't you, alf? I had the pederast football coach trying to get me to play ball all the time, too. And suck his dick.
Pegasus Kid Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 Max out at 215lbs bench press. I haven't been able to break that in years or I'm not willing to push myself past it.
randomguy Posted September 20, 2006 Author Report Posted September 20, 2006 This thread has been an ego boost. (Performs Master's-style posedown)

I think I hit 200 on the incline bench a couple times, too.
