How that guy lasted this long is a joke. Now if we can get Ted Kennedy out in the future, things will be looking up! Erm, Kennedy just won another 6 years. He's in for life if he wants. You know, Robert Byrd and Ted Kennedy are in the same re-election class, and are currently the two longest serving members of the Senate. I was just watching McCain on foxnews and he got this big shit eating grin when the guy made the "outsider comparison" with him and Reagan, just after commenting on the 1970s big republican loss. It's so obvious, he wants to be the Reagan figure, the "outside the establishment Republican who CLEANS UP and rescues the Repubs". And in the race for State Rep. in District 29, the leader with 63% is Rep. Glenda Dawson...who died three months ago. Oy vey....at least Dem. Nick Lampson is gonna win Tom DeLay's old seat. I knew it would most likely never happen, but come on, he sang "Asshole from El Paso" and had a cameo in "Texas Chainsaw Massacre II."
