Guest Felonies! Report post Posted October 18, 2006 A few weeks ago I was out jogging/walking at 6 a.m. on a Monday morning and I slipped on some dewy grass, at which point a squad car emerged from the darkness and I found myself being questioned about my level of inebriation. I explained that I was not drunk nor stumbling, as he thought he observed, but rather, I was just uncoordinated and lost my footing. Then we laughed and went on our ways. Then I shot him. Guest Felonies! Report post Posted October 18, 2006 That story is totally true, except for the part where I shot him.
snuffbox 0 Report post Posted October 18, 2006 My local cop (who, despite being a former LAPD now presiding solely over a town of less than 700, is a pretty good guy. He once arrested me on a brawling charge and on the way to jail we listened to a football game on the radio) recently stopped me while walking to mention, for the dozenth time, that the military is a fine opportunity for a young man such as myself. After re-explaining to him how it's clearly not, we had a pleasant conversation.

vivalaultra 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2006 Geez...when did Snuff become Ice-T and when did I become Charlton Heston? I didn't once defend anybody, nor did I convict anybody. All I said was that the videos present on the nite you first posted this thread were grainy at best and it was hard to discern what was happening and they didn't present the whole story. I stand by that. They're still grainy at best and it's still hard to discern what's happening and they don't tell the whole story at best. I haven't watched the last video you posted, but I assume it's some cop doing some type of chicanery because you tried to take a subtle little dig at me, but, still...I never defended anybody, cop or Gallant. All I said was that I would have to see some more evidence before I made any type of determination. Yeesh...you're asinine, Snuffy.
snuffbox 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2006 Im sorry vivaetc, I haven't been a good e-friend in this thread. Let's just agree that Two Gallants aren't very good. But that Czech is wrong & some bands on Saddle Creek are good.
vivalaultra 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2006 You haven't been a very good e-friend, and I shan't forgive you for leaving the 'la' out of my name. The 'la' is to my name what the two crucial pickles are to Chic-Fil-A. ...crucial! I like some Saddle Creek bands...Bright Eyes is ok...in his country-ish direction. Uh...Sorry About Dresden is ok from what I've heard. Azure Ray makes me sleepy. If The Faint are still on Saddle Creek, they suck. If they're no longer on Saddle Creek, they still suck.
