Those are something the poster (I think it's Hunter's Torn Quad, but I could be mistaken off hand) just puts up in his leisure time. It's not designed to be a regular feature or column on this message board, from what I've gathered.

 

There's a lot more to this forum than the WON recaps, though (as nice as those are to read).
