Guest Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 Dean Lombardi said the Kings are sellers. So they fit in the bargain bin. Only guys that I don't want gone are Kopitar, O'Sullivan, Brown, Blake and Visnovsky. I'd only like Blake to stay around because it gives Jack Johnson incentive to sign after this year (Blake's his favorite player). The rest, including Norstrom are on the market. Needs: 2nd round pick, cheap NHL ready goalie, and a young defenseman.
Red Baron Posted January 15, 2007 Author Report Posted January 15, 2007 Care to take David Aebeischer?
Red Baron Posted January 15, 2007 Author Report Posted January 15, 2007 Can anyone take Abby for a good size second line d-man or a centerman. Please?
Guest Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 I'll take him for Sopel or Aaron Miller.
Red Baron Posted January 15, 2007 Author Report Posted January 15, 2007 When did Anaheim acquire Ric Jackman from Florida?
CanadianChris Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 Two weeks ago. They gave up a conditional draft pick.
the max Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 The Broons responded well to Lewis's shakeup...of course, there was no change in personnel, just line combos were changed. They took a point from Buffalo and have a chance to do it again wednesday.
Guest Princess Leena Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 Boston still blows. Buffalo played incredibly flat in the 1st, or they would have crushed them again.
CanadianGuitarist Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 Boston still blows. Buffalo played incredibly flat in the 1st, or they would have crushed them again. Ryan Miller, did however, make one of the most impressive (and lucky) saves I've ever seen.
Star Ocean 3 Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 Anaheim's 1,000th game is tonight. Has it been that many already?
Prophet of Mike Zagurski Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 I didn't know that. Good thing I'm going to it.
CanadianChris Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Samsonov is a healthy scratch for the Habs tonight.
CanadianGuitarist Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Samsonov is a healthy scratch for the Habs tonight. But they're losing 2-0 to the Nucks so far. *head explodes*
CanadianChris Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Looks like the Sens are moving into second in the Northeast. Only ten points back of the Sabres!
Guest Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 I heard Aebischer or Bacashihua might be going to the Kings. All I know is that I can't take any more of this Brust and Fukufuji shit. It would be ok if the team sucked with Garon in, but this is crazy.
Red Baron Posted January 17, 2007 Author Report Posted January 17, 2007 Aparently Samsonov is also on the trading blocks too.
Prophet of Mike Zagurski Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 I had a bad day today. The Ducks losing 6-2 to the Blues didn't help. I wish the Ducks would have lost 7-2 instead because that was the score of the very first Ducks game.
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 My house almost burned down today. I don't think another Blackhawks loss can exacerbate THAT.
CanadianGuitarist Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Aparently Samsonov is also on the trading blocks too. I don't like that, as crazy as it sounds. The way he's played this year is absolutely not indiciative of what he's capable of, and he'd almost certainly be dealt for a used puck bag at this point. With Price in the minors, and Huet clearly ready to handle a Montreal starting job, Aebisher and a pick for a stay-at-home d man would sit very well with me.
J.T. Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 I heard Aebischer or Bacashihua might be going to the Kings. All I know is that I can't take any more of this Brust and Fukufuji shit. It would be ok if the team sucked with Garon in, but this is crazy. Try and get Theodore out of Colorado. He aint starting, and they wont want much. BTW, I can't believe Brent Sopel fooled so many people here in Vancouver. He is so useless, yet people around here loved him. O yah, Kings, Ill take Cammalleri for a Young D man (Krajcek) and Bulis or Chouinard
Red Baron Posted January 17, 2007 Author Report Posted January 17, 2007 Fuck no not taking back Theodore and his salary. Though this Samsonov getting benched usually lights his ass on fire for three games.
CanadianGuitarist Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Fuck no not taking back Theodore and his salary. The fuck inspired that? Try and get Theodore out of Colorado. He aint starting, and they wont want much. I think that was directed at King....
Guest Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Try and get Theodore out of Colorado. He aint starting, and they wont want much. With his salary, only for Cloutier LAWL. BTW, I can't believe Brent Sopel fooled so many people here in Vancouver. He is so useless, yet people around here loved him. He's good. The team just doesn't need him in the least. O yah, Kings, Ill take Cammalleri for a Young D man (Krajcek) and Bulis or Chouinard No way. The Kings don't need any more garbage like Chouinard or Bulis. Lombardi said he talks to Nashville every month about their young d-men, I'd like to move Cammy for Klein, Parent or Franson.
Guest Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Kings claimed Sean Burke off waivers. The Lightning really had no reason to put Burke on re-entry waivers, so this is likely the case of someone owing Lombardi a favor.
CanadianGuitarist Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Cristobal Huet made 44 fucking saves. That's gotta change. The Habs can't score four goals every game, although Samsonov was among them for a change. 4-1 win for rouge blue et blanc. Toronto wins a late nail-biter over the Cats 3-2.
