Stephen Joseph 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 Oh for God's sake, she really quit!? Why? What happened? Because most of you are idiots, and I can't tolerate reading any more posts. There's too many Clique A morons here. I prefer the regular Yahoo drafts where I can ignore most of you. Or you mean, actually win? Love ya dear!

HarleyQuinn 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 Yeah, I had dropped out due to college stuff IIRC. Kinda wish I had stayed though, looking back. Although I'm glad to be back in now... and quickly trying to rectify my team while I still can of course.
Stephen Joseph 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 Just to make a point, waiting on Vern, but I will PM MJ by 5est if vern hasnt picked with my picks to umm, not hold up the next few guys
Styles 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 Verne picks: Ryan Langerhans, Outfielder, Atlanta Braves
Stephen Joseph 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 This may be a panic move, but considering what I have left to pick, its pretty much sleeper and high-upside ville from here on out, and Garza may not actually start out the year on the rotation... The John Galt Express choose SCOTT OLSEN (WITH AN E) , a Pitcher from the Florida Marlins.
Styles 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 This may be a panic move, but considering what I have left to pick, its pretty much sleeper and high-upside ville from here on out, and Garza may not actually start out the year on the rotation... The John Galt Express choose SCOTT OLSEN (WITH AN E) , a Pitcher from the Florida Marlins. The Marlins have TWO Scott Olsons/Olsens? I'll have to look that up. Ok, and Cena picks: I'm out for most of the evening so Round 14 has been posted as well.
Styles 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 Wait a minute, there's not 2, I just spelled the guys name wrong. He's already picked. Please choose someone else.

Stephen Joseph 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 Guys, I am sorry, but there was Scott Olson listed on the page Hmmph Did anyone misspell Geoff Jenkins? I searched and didn't find him. If not, I will take him as my third outfielder
treble 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 No, he's still available.
Stephen Joseph 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 Then he's taken then.
iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 Cena's Writer selects: Brandon McCarthy As for me, I'm going to need a minute.
iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 OK, first off to finish off the 13th round, I'll take: Armando Benitez with a picture of him in his Marlins uniform to remind him of his one good year. Figure I'll at least take a stab at saves this year if there's a closer with potential this late.
iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 And then to start off Round 14, I'll take Juan Rivera, OF, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim
Brett Favre 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 Not sure if he's taken, so far now: Hunter Pence.

TheDevilAndGodAreRagingInsideMe 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2007 I figure this is as good a place as any for this. Today I had my draft for a 12-team Yahoo league. the pinjockey 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2007 Pence isn't in Yahoo's system yet
Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2007 If he's not in the system, I don't think the pick should count.
Styles 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2007 Indeed, I am going to have to veto Pence as per the ruling I made earlier in the thread, because then it creates a situation where you get an extra draft pick essentially to fill the spot AND are reserving a player who hasn't been made available yet. I was thinking of taking Phillip Hughes, somewhat surprised no one had taken him yet, until I realized he was not a major league player yet and not in Yahoo's system and I had already ruled that those players would not be eligible for drafting. Anyway, please make another pick.
CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2007 With this group, Philip Hughes probably would have been gone two or three rounds ago.

Fökai 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2007 With this group, Philip Hughes probably would have been gone two or three rounds ago. I had him pegged four or five rounds ago, and I figure that a few others would've taken the risk even earlier than that.
