NoCalMike 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2007 Well the Home Theater receiver I have has the speaker connectors where they are the red and black knobs that you twist the speaker wire into.......Is there any special speaker wire for this type of connection or would you just use standard wire and spin the shit in there? You can use "banana plugs" attached to the ends of the bare speaker wire to easily insert into the hole on each speaker wire input. I personally use this method on my home theater receiver because it looks a little cleaner and makes it easy to change stuff out later on. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
