Regarding ties: This is regarding ties, since we almost had a couple last round. The tie-breaker is going to be whoever has the most cumulative points up to this round. I don't think we'll still see any ties after that, and if we do, it'll be based off of "strength of victories" (their margin of victories in previous rounds added up together, and then if it's still tied, the amount of cumulative votes their opponents had). I don't foresee having to go that far, but just in case, so that everyone knows.

 

Regarding abstaining: It doesn't matter if you do a couple, or even a whole bracket. Anything more than that will just have your vote thrown out, in order to keep the tabulation of all votes as correct as possible.
