EWR has been released this morning!

Quick tip:

You don't have to fire anyone. Just keep shuffling them up and down the card, drop their morale to like 20% or lower, and they'll be happy to walk out on you. Then go signing/stealing who you'd like.

That's how I got rid of half the WWE roster and then I picked up American Dragon, Scoot Andrews, JR Ryder, Juvi...it's World Workrate Entertainment!

How long do guys stay in rehab? I've had Sting & Mike Sanders in rehab for at least 3 months, and Hugh Morrus in for at least 2.

Hugh I had just started to push, Sanders was about to start, and Sting left a hole in my ME scene.

I had Kane in rehab for three months.

I have two cruisers with great stats that are incredibly un-over. What I want to know is if two guys can put on great wrestling matches with each other and build over rating off each other.

IOW, I guess you could say I want to Kliq them.

I've sent them to OVW anyway, hoping that will raise their numbers somewhat.

Also, I've crushed about 4 or 5 promotions, and now suddently a new one was created out of nowhere. "Crash Course Combat."

Of course, it seems to be the ghost of an old fed, as their shows have names like "XPW in July"

My past two PPVs (Royal Rumble and Armageddon) have both had 1.99 buyrates. I had a killer Eddie vs Benoit feud going that included an Iron Man match and ended with an I Quit match with a sick bump. Meanwhile, Jericho's over rating hit the 90th percentile as he won a First Blood match with HHH.

BTW, here was my Royal Rumble, for those who care:

Royal Rumble : Tazz and Jeff Hardy are the first two competitors. Tazz fires off some right and left hands. Back elbow connects, J.Hardy staggers backward. Entry # 3 : Ric Flair! Ric Flair hits a right hand on Jeff Hardy. Ric Flair hits a right hand on Jeff Hardy. Entry # 4 : Matt Hardy! Spin kick by Matt Hardy to the face. M.Hardy hits a massive spinning kick to the jaw. Entry # 5 : Chavo Guerrero Jr! J.Hardy takes a flying neckbreaker from Matt Hardy. Matt Hardy strikes J.Hardy. Entry # 6 : Tajiri! Flair slams Chavo Guerrero Jr down. Big John Studd would be proud, no doubt. Uninspiring brawling from Ric Flair. Entry # 7 : The Undertaker! Big piledriver on Chavo. Undertaker tried to get Chavo Guerrero Jr over the top rope, but Gravity made the save. Entry # 8 : Goldust! M.Hardy hits a dropkick on Chavo Guerrero Jr. Chavo Guerrero Jr got bundled out by M.Hardy. (Elimination # 1) Entry # 9 : Triple H! Jeff Hardy scores with a back heel kick on Undertaker. Diamond Dust from Jeff Hardy, Undertaker is out. Entry # 10 : Kane! Kane takes a right hand to the temple from Flair. Kane got bundled out by Flair. (Elimination # 2) Entry # 11 : Steve Blackman! Well, if they are un-over, chances are the crowds won't get into the matches. If they've got high charimsa ratings, have them cut promos on each other, and they should get more over.

Stick the cruisers with managers with high charisma. Turn Ivory into a manager (fire then re-hire her), pick up Alicia or Vanessa from NWA (they are usually fired/released early into the game)...hell even Dutch Mantell has an 80 charisma. Stick them with your cruisers, let the managers do the talking, and they should be pretty well over. I got a Rob Conway/American Dragon feud in my WWA from a 62 to an 89 in a short time by giving Paul Heyman to Conway.

Thanks for the advice. I have one Cruiser who's only like 20-something over but has 80 charisma. I guess I can have him cut promos on people to get over points, but nobody, not even Val Venis, will job for this guy. Although there is a "Continue Anyway?" box I'm afraid to say Yes for fear of a Montreal Incident or worse breaking out on Raw.

I've got SO many cruisers now as it is I'm going to hold on getting more. I'm practically turning into the Cruiser Wrestling Fed with Rock and Austin and Jericho main events.

Have I ever mentioned how much I wish I could feud stable vs stable? >_<

You can click yes on continue. I did that with Hogan/Storm, and Hogan didn't sell much for him. You can either attempt to make up for it by having them win matches cleanly, or cut promos to get over, or just fire their asses, lol.

I had an Amdag Wifebeater feud that got to 80 (in 4 matches, it would've gone longer but WB tore his bicep on barbedwire ropes) with NO talking.

I'm playing a kickass 1989 scenario with the NWA at the moment. Flair-Funk, Steamboat-Muta and Sting-Windham are my main feuds at the moment, all in the 90s.

OK, I started a new WWE game and streamlined the roster down to about 80 guys. I push RVD up to main event, since he's feuding with Taker for the strap (he'll win it at Summerslam) and he was at like 90 over. Then the writer tells me he's being pushed too much and the fans resent it...I look at his stats and now he's at 75 OVER! WTF?!

Besides that, it's good to know that Booker T and Chris Jericho are the highest over on my roster, at 97 and 98 respectively. The Game is only at 94 :)

You forgot the Randy Orton/Mark Henry interview!

"Mark Henry........you are...a massive man."

That would've gotten at LEAST a 90%

To raise your public image you have to score about a 60 or higher on your TV shows and PPV's when you are at the NWA's level. You cold also increase production value...that may help, but it will be costly.

In my next game, I may create ECW, start it off at cult status, give it most of the guys it had towards the end (RVD, Rhyno, Credible, Corino), pick up some free agents, wait to see who I can get from WWE releases, and see if I can keep from going bankrupt.

DUDE! That's what I was going to do...make ECW from 1999. Give it ECW on TNN, and take all the guys from whatever federations they're in now. I got the idea when I was watching a couple ECW on TNN episodes I had taped.

Anybody know how to get students in your training camp?

Search for workers that are about 23 or younger and try to sign them to the training camp. If their stats in technical/brawling/speed (under 50 atleast) aren't that high, they will most likely sign.

EWR is an awesome game...

I've brought my WCW Backyard fed with 0% PI, to 50% Cult level... and I'm gaining 2-3% PI a show. It will be sweet when I finally take over WWE in 100 years.

how do you make a non-wrestler into a wrestler? Besides editing him before the game
