Guest TheArchiteck Report post Posted October 19, 2002 Right now i'm near the end of 2006. Market is at 41%. I can't wait till it cracks more. PWI is global now...and some other fed just turned global.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted October 19, 2002 15 years? Shit i haven't ever made it to 2 years.
Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted October 19, 2002 I'm in April of 2006. Industry is at 39% and slumping. I've got 100 workers on my roster (5 in training camp and about 20 in developmental, though some of them are starting to bitch about being stuck there). I keep waiting for other companies to release some high level guys (This month I'm hoping that Jericho, Undertaker, or Killings get releases, as they are "rumored to be leaving"). I also spend a lot of time getting the lesser paid workers over, that way if I have to cut back, I can keep them and still get high ratings/overalls on my matches and shows. Guest The Electrifyer Report post Posted October 19, 2002 How do you put someone in Training Camp? All I can do is send people to Developmental, but not training.
Guest Leena Report post Posted October 19, 2002 has anyone actually gotten to 15 years? My fed in on year 22 or 23, I believe. It's getting really boring, because all the current wrestlers are retiring, and it's all created players. Someone on the EWR board had one for 78 years, I believe. Guest El Satanico Report post Posted October 19, 2002 How do you put someone in Training Camp? All I can do is send people to Developmental, but not training. You have to send them to training camp when you sign them. You can't send guys that are already on your roster to camp. The only guys that may agree to go to camp are usually the ones under 25 years old.
Guest MaxPower27 Report post Posted October 20, 2002 The farthest I've gotten so far is 3 years in my 1994 WWF. Since I have all 8 slots saved in, I try to mix it up whenever I play.

Guest kingkamala Report post Posted October 20, 2002 shouldn't there be tragedys in the game, then the next show you do a salute to them
Guest TheArchiteck Report post Posted October 22, 2002 Argh..this sucks. The market won't go down anymore. The television weeks don't go down anymore. It freezes after every sunday. Freezes after every month.
Guest The Electrifyer Report post Posted October 24, 2002 Ummmm... can someone tell me how a Network will pick you up? I sent out promo tapes, now do I just wait for a network to give me a deal or is there something else I must do?
Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted October 24, 2002 You just have to wait. You can only send out on promo tape a month, though.
Guest MaxPower27 Report post Posted October 24, 2002 Also, make sure to check out the morality of the networks. 100 - Networks morality = Your acceptable risk level to be on the network. TNN, UPN and Fox give out TV deals if you're in the middle of the road, risk-wise

Guest the 1inch punch Report post Posted October 27, 2002 where can i find scenarios, and how do i use them
Guest MaxPower27 Report post Posted October 27, 2002 where can i find scenarios, and how do i use them Check the EWR board, or I can send you 1996, 1994 and 2001. Simply create a copy of the files in your data folder, and move the files into another folder you create. Call it "olddata" or something. Then, unzip the scenerio, copy the data files from the scenerio into your data folder and voila!

Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted October 30, 2002 I have a problem... I started a WWE game, and giot rid of all the former IYH PPVs by clicking "remove event". So now it's the end of December and they want me to book some PPV with no damn name. "What's up wit dat?", as Hurricane Helms used to say... Yeah, anyway. I'm gonna try looking back through the thread and seeing if this has been addressed before.
Guest MaxPower27 Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Just rename the PPV.
Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Rename it to what? I don't want it at all... That's the problem. The game insists on carrying through with it.
Guest MaxPower27 Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Hmm, I just did that with my 1996 WWF, and it's a bug in the game. I cancelled the show, but it drops your PI. I say just run the show anyway, and post this on the EWR message board.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted October 30, 2002 When you click next day on the last Sunday of the month with no PPV planned it's suppose to say something like "You have no PPV scheduled for this month Are you sure you wish to continue". Clicking ok on that will skip the PPV.
Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Yeah, but that doesn't come up. I think it's just a glitch like Max up there said. I don't really want to use the file editor and restart the game, but... Eh. I'm only two months in and hardly established. I just hate booking.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Well, If you hate booking then I think you're playing the wrong game.
Guest bravesfan Report post Posted October 30, 2002 FYI, the '97 scenario OWNS. It's split up into the "Big Three", so I went with the WWF. Couple of notes... --Everything Bret/Owen/Shawn does turns to GOLD. --The "future" stars (Edge, Christian, Test, D'Lo, Hardyz, Rico, etc.) begin in your developmental area, while I signed Daniels/Corino/Lynn/Kanyon/Rhino/Noble to go there as well. Developing stars kicks mucho ass. --WCW was totally raping WWF as I began the game, but with a few cuts and some key additions (Hennig, Angle and Shamrock), the fed is beginning to turn around. --Watching ECW kick and squirm to keep their stars is great. Actually, it must be fun owning that fed from the start...I might try that out later on...
