Proceed to the parking lot and there you will receive further instruction . If you are in need of assistant we will be there to assist. Thanks. P.S. Construction / Repair's Notice : Please make your visitor's aware of this. Tenant's who have a parking space at the back come to the office or apt#211,we will give you alternate spot for this short time. .No Parking at the back entrance door it will be blocked,Tuesday from7:00a.m. it wil be blocked off due to construction work being done. All vehicles must be removed prior to 7 A.M. Sept/11/07 parking lot at the back.Please comply otherwise your vehicle may risk damage and you will be responsible. Management: Lois
B@RTOK Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 Same thing with my building. They mean that you aren't allowed to barbeque on your balcony. Some tenants do it and it is a fire hazard. Also electricity is included in rent, therefore durring the summer when everyone has their air conditioners turned on, the building manager ends up paying for more electricity. That is why they charge you extra, however I just installed mine and they didn't notice.

We have been here only for a short time and we will miss you all. We are being transferred by Real Star to manage another property for them. Tenant's if you want to speak to us about anything we are here in the office until Thursday (17th),2008.Please give them the support you have given to us. Effective as 01/17/08, 5p.m., they will be officially taking over for us. Our monthly fire inspection will be done at this time.(01/17/08) 01/17/08- President Elias Khury "Priority Fire Equipment Inc" will be around 10:30a.m. Thursday @ 10:30a.m.-12.00p.m. Testing/Inspection of our equipment.
