Was anyone else suprised by the quality of Punk vs Richards? Given the time they had, they pulled off something pretty good.

Hell, they've wrestled each other enough times. Is that match four or five?? ECW is in desperate need of talent infusion.

Punk and Stevie beating the shit out of each other sure was fun though. I thought they only fought each other once back when Punk came in and the last I saw of Stevie was him getting involved in something on behalf of Heyman's group.

I've always liked Richards. He should be on TV a lot more in this type of role.

I wish they'd let Stevie talk. Even if it was just a corny heel "I'm better than you" promo before jobbing.

This was at least the third time Punk and Richards wrestled on ECW TV.

Well why not, they seem to work well together. I'd rather have him face Richards three weeks in a row than have him face Thorn, Snitsky, or either of those Major Brothers.

I was looking at the ECW roster page to see if there's any other matchups I'd want to avoid seeing, and there was Mike Knox. Why is he still around?

Too bad Lashley looked like a fool setting up to take the pounce. He looked drunk coming off the ropes.

yea that sucked. It was cool to see the matchup though, considering when Lashley came on the scene all I could think was that he was a Monty Brown Ripoff with bigger muscles

at least theyre calling it the pounce now, the "misdirection body block" was rather lengthy and pretentious.

Richards/Punk was good. Stevie is a solid worker, and it goes without saying that Punk is good.

Cor Von's Pounce is a great finisher, but Lashley still managed to make it look weak. I've always thought Lashley sucks.

I like the Burke/Striker friction angle. Burke is great.
