hyperchord24 Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Carlito may just as well be billed as "Joey Maggs" from now on. lmao... I can see HHH saying now "ok I'll do the job as long as I bury carlito afterwards....twice" Indeed only 2 pages for the raw thread so far? wow things are bad Really, is "bury" the optimal word here? Yeas, HHH has become synonimous with burying, but it's not always the appropriate word.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Are they the "heel"anders now?
Conspiracy_Victim Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 I guess being squashed by HHH wasn't enough, Londrick now has to be thrown in to a feud with the Highlanders.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 All we're missing is the Benny Hill music.
PILLS! PILLS! PILLS! Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 I'm beginning to remember why I hate Stephanie and Hunter so much.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Santino telling the brutal truth about The Condemned.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Hustle Championship Surrender Ceremony!
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Really, is "bury" the optimal word here? Carlito, when he saw Triple H, basically had "I'm a Big Pussy" tattooed on his head. He ran away. He couldn't even get away from a guy on two bad quads. He was then beaten up. Repeatedly thrown into the cage. Spinebustered. Pedigree'd on a chair. All as Triple H took his time. The crowd went silent, some of them actually boo'ing. This is what, say, Scott Steiner in 2000 would do to Jamie Noble or Evan Karagias. This qualifies as a burial.
hyperchord24 Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 So, why don't they just declare the championship title vacated? He IS Vincent Kennedy McMahon, right? He can do anything he wants. I guess that's why I have so much trouble with the whole heel authority figure vs. babyface feuds. I just read too much into it.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Because he wants to show Coachman loyalty and give him a last taste of power, since Coach seemed upset that Regal's returning next week. This Beth Phoenix resembles Beth from Dog the Bounty Hunter...
Conspiracy_Victim Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 I think Beth could actually be plausible in the ring with Hardy. I'm not saying it's realistic, but it wouldn't look rediculous like most man/woman encounters in wrestling.
foleyfanforever88 Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 I think Beth could actually be plausible in the ring with Hardy. I'm not saying it's realistic, but it wouldn't look rediculous like most man/woman encounters in wrestling. lol, I figured Shelton's partner would be Beth given her feud with Candice, but then I thought to myself "Beth would probably be the biggest/strongest person in the match..I guess it's Jillian."
Conspiracy_Victim Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Someone needs to .gif that pin attempt by Candace. For research purposes only of course.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 There's your CHRIS JERICHO RETURNS VIDEO. Not that it'll matter because WWE matches are in slow motion and lack logical booking or interest.
Hawk 34 Posted September 25, 2007 Author Report Posted September 25, 2007 Save Us? Well, that better be Jericho.
foleyfanforever88 Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 There's your CHRIS JERICHO RETURNS VIDEO. Is that really what they just showed??? I wasn't really paying attention.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 what was with the matrix-esque spot? I was thinking it was a Cyber Sunday spot.. but Jericho is better!
Hawk 34 Posted September 25, 2007 Author Report Posted September 25, 2007 It read SAV US and a couple of numbers that I think was 22.
Matt Young Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Yeah, I thought it was Cyber Sunday.
Hawk 34 Posted September 25, 2007 Author Report Posted September 25, 2007 Since when do they promote a PPV (other the WM) ahead of the next PPV?
foleyfanforever88 Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Yeah, I thought it was Cyber Sunday. Why would they be advertising it already, and not say exactly what it was?
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 The Matrix spot is obviously the returning Gail Kim.
sluggo Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 didn't Cyber Sunday get ax'd? and if it didn't, why plug it before No Mercy
MarvinisaLunatic Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Since when do they promote a PPV (other the WM) ahead of the next PPV? I thought I read CS was a USA Network special, a sort of Clash of the Champions show or something..
Darth Vader Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 I hope they get rid of the Pimp My Belt after Cena gets stripped.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 OMG RKO ORTON UNDER THE TABLE...
Conspiracy_Victim Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Taking a look at the promo(?) I saw: SMACK_BROUGHT1. SAVE_US.222 RAW_NEW8.com and a lot of stuff about CyberAstronomy. Hopefully the "star" Chris Jericho will come back in his "Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla" character to "save us" from boring TV. Edit: my TV format didn't seem to fit the video very well, but there may be a reference to WM99_MATCH_TRI(cutoff) Wrestlemania 1999 maybe? What happened back then?
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Orton pins Cena, new champion.
