Guest NYankees Posted October 7, 2007 Report Posted October 7, 2007 I am shocked that the Yankees finally catch a break and make the Indians sweat a little.
At Home Posted October 7, 2007 Report Posted October 7, 2007 "He tried to go in the back door.. and it worked!"
mike546 Posted October 7, 2007 Report Posted October 7, 2007 If Jeter gets no blame tomorrow ... edit: 2 DPs and an error.
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted October 8, 2007 Author Report Posted October 8, 2007 1 for 10, three strikeouts, two GIDP.
mike546 Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 When did the Indians become the 03 Red Sox? Seriously? This team swung at EVERYTHING in August.
KingPK Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 (edited) And this round has been as disappointing a round as I have ever seen. None of these series have even been competitive sweeps. The Game 3s have been particularly brutal; the teams down 0-2 haven't bothered to show up so far. And can we just leave Gagne off the LCS roster and admit that the trade was a bad idea already? Guest NYankees Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Yankees are trying to break that streak.
Guest NYankees Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 JOHNNY FUCKING DAMON GOES BOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM.
Slayer Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Aw shit Please don't let this be the '07 equivalent of Jeter's plate toss
At Home Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Yeah well they still have a long way to go.
Guest NYankees Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Aw shit Please don't let this be the '07 equivalent of Jeter's plate toss It doesn't mean anything but Jeters Toss happened in game three with the Yankees down 2-0 to Oakland.
Boon Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 JOHNNY FUCKING DAMON GOES BOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM. Is he a "real" Yankee now?
mike546 Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Aw shit Please don't let this be the '07 equivalent of Jeter's plate toss Well that year they had El Duque and Pettite I think going in games 4 and five. This year its probably Wang and Pettite on short rest.
KingPK Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 And you know Wedge is putting Sebathia in Game 4.
Slayer Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Aw shit Please don't let this be the '07 equivalent of Jeter's plate toss It doesn't mean anything but Jeters Toss happened in game three with the Yankees down 2-0 to Oakland. ...yes, I know, that's the analogy Jeter's Toss was arguably the major turning point of that series and the spark of the Yankees comeback
Guest NYankees Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Time for Cleveland to get a new Rightfielder HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Guest Smues Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Damn so much for the quadruple sweep. And I had the Cpac quotes are ready to roll too.
KingPK Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Well at least we won't have to wait four days for another baseball game.
Guest Gym Class Fallout Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 True Yankees > Fake Indians
Smartly Pretty Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Isn't a fake Indian just a Native American? that may be the most retarded thing I've ever said.
mike546 Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Fuck those fucking bugs. I don't care what anyone says the Yankees win game two without those motherfucking bugs.
Precious Roy Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 I don't understand using Chamberlain for two innings with a 5 run lead. Now he's likely unavailable tomorrow when we might need him in a close game. 8th inning would have been a good time to trot out the Farns
