I don't understand why someone would do that. Are you going to jerk off in the library? Sometimes yes, and maybe that's the fetish, but it seems like if you were that hard up, there's plenty of easier ways to get some stimulation. Maybe if you had a really specific niche like bestiality, but even then, I'd think it would even be easier to sneak into a farm and fuck an animal.
