So Chrome Dreams II has leaked. I'm downloading it right now, so I figured I should start a thread.

Let the shit rain begin, friends.

For me, Ordinary People should have waited until the 300 billion disc Archives set that was supposed to come out at any point over the last twenty years. I prefer the live recording with the Bluenotes from the bootlegs over the new studio version.

But Bluebird and Boxcar are from the same era and they sound pretty good as well. I like Dirty Old Man, too.

Eighteen minute magnum opuses just seem better suited to live shows than the studio. If Sixty To Zero for example had made it on to "Freedom" in it's full eighteen minute form, it wouldn't have had the same impact as the much tighter Crime In The City incarnation. (Although the longer version didn't excise some of the better verses.)

From Hank To Hendrix / Ambulance Blues / Sad Movies / A Man Needs A Maid / No One Seems To Know / Harvest / Journey Through The Past / Mellow My Mind / Love Art Blues / Love Is A Rose / Old Man // The Loner / Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere / Dirty Old Man / Spirit Road / Bad Fog Of Loneliness / Winterlong / Oh, Lonesome Me / The Believer / No Hidden Path // Cinnamon Girl / Tonight's The Night

That's the most recent setlist from this tour. Give or take a couple songs, it's been the same at every stop.
