Exslade ZX 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2007 Yea, I suppose the name should be pretty self explanatory...but it's not. Trying to sign up for courses next semester, and I still have to fill a few elective spots. One of which I'm thinking about being Physical Conditioning, but I'm not exactly sure what it is, and there is no description what so ever in our course book. In regards to a College course, are the chances that it revolves mostly around weight lifting? Is it some kind of aerobic fitness? And I'm sure it might be a little different at every school, but from your experiences what does the course incorporate?
Guest Smues Report post Posted November 30, 2007 My guess: you have to go to the school fitness center x hours per week or x total hours during the semester or some such and you get your credits.

Jingus 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2007 Contact the athletics/PE/whatever department and just ask them what it is. Though if I had to guess I'd say it's probably not weight training, because they usually mention the weights. Physical Conditioning has "jogging and push-ups" vibe to it. Maztinho 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2007 My guess: you have to go to the school fitness center x hours per week or x total hours during the semester or some such and you get your credits. That's what it was at SUU, log into the gym for X hours per semester and you had to be there for at least 30 minutes straight or it wouldn't count. Although there was another similarly named course that was more results driven that Jack must have had that you needed to show sizable improvement over the semester in order to pass.
