Bruiser_Brody_ 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2007 i had a whole tape loaded with random Raw and Superstars feature bouts from 92-93 and I taped over it since I was 12 and didn't want to waste a buck on a new blank tape. Matches I recall were Doink/Crush SStars blowoff to the feud, Jacques vs Rick Steiner, Bush wackers vs Quebecers, I think Money Inc vs Disasters, Marty J vs Polo etc
Guest RyechnaiaSobaka Report post Posted December 18, 2007 Ouch, that sucks. Money Inc. vs. the Natural Disasters was so weird. It was just strange seeing guys like Earthquake and DiBiase only doing tag matches.
Danville_Wrestling 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2007 Basically my pay-per-view telecast copy of WrestleMania VII. It had the unclipped Savage-Warrior match and unclipped edits of all the other matches. Considering that I'm a mark for early 1990s WWF (especially 1991) I loved getting this tape from my cousin as a kid (he gave me his ppv telecast copy of Royal Rumble 1991 as well). I lost the WM 7 tape, though, when my VCR went crazy and ate it up. I'm still pissed about that incident to this day. On a side note, I'd pay good money to get full seasons of RAW from 1993-1997 (with an emphasis on 1995 since that is the first year I started watching wrestling on a consistent basis. I remember my first ever RAW match was The Blu Brothers vs. The Headshrinkers).

Hell I once bought a used copy of sur series 90 (cuz it was the first wrestling show I ever really watched and made me a fan) and the vcr ate it after I watched it once (thankfully 24/7 recently hooked dme up with it) I need to finish transferring my commerical vhs tapes actually I got my wm legacy vhs box set to do. I did transfer wm 1, which has all the original themes on it for some reason, even though it was recorded in ep so th epicture isnt so good, but the sound is better than I would expect. majormayhem1 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2007 My original broadcast copy of Summer Slam '93 recently broke. The tape came off of the little spool thing (these are technical terms, of course). I tried using scotch tape to repair, and it plays, but it's all messed up. The top of the screen shows the bottom of the screen and the bottom of the screen shows the top of the screen. This experience has taught me to be thankful for the tapes and DVD's that I do have. I lost about half of my collection in 1996 when I brought it to school and left in my locker. I never cleaned my locker out at the end of the year and the janitor threw it all out. Fortunately, it was mostly WrestleMania's, Royal Rumbles, etc. I think it was good in the long run because it inspired me to search out other wrestling tapes.
