Guest NYankees Report post Posted December 25, 2007 I just received the Sirius Stilleto 2 for Xmas and I was under the impression that you can import itunes music onto it. I just realized that you cant after I broke open a 350 dollar package and a 25 dollar itunes gift card. Can someone please help me get around this. Thank you. Craig Th 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2007 If the songs are DRM protected, then you can't. Download them from Limewire.
Sideburnious 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2007 Those Stilleto's don't work in Europe do they? I've wanted to get Sirius for a while, but just the online subscription wouldn't suit me.

Guest NYankees Report post Posted December 26, 2007 Could I just burn the music onto a cd and upload it onto sirius?
the max 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2007 According to this: http://gottaget1.blogspot.com/2007/08/new-...and-car-tv.html You need a microSD card to upload music. I don't know what burning a CD would accomplish, outside of playing it in your car's CD player. I would think that you get yourself a microSD card with an adapter http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/se...=OTC-GOOGLEBASE load your songs on it and put the SD card into the stilletto. Makes sense to me.
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted December 26, 2007 or, you can export the copy-protected mp4's into mp3's in itunes.
MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2007 I know with the XM pioneer Inno all you have to do is transfer songs in MP3 format to the Inno from your computer over a USB cable and set the Inno to 50% XM/ 50% MP3. If this is Sirius' method of portable players, it flat out sucks and it sucks for us XM'ers who will get stuck with Sirius' crappy hardware once the merger is approved which by all accounts looks like it will happen..argh
