But I have to admit that the WWF from 1997-99 was entertaining. And the one thing Russo did was write for everyone, not just the main eventers. Under Russo's tuttelage, everyone in WWF had a storyline or angle. And like someone said, under the guidance of Vince, his writing should not be horrendous the way it was in WCW. Russo said many times that he would only come back if the WWF was in trouble and they needed some help. That's also the way the WWF felt about bringing him back. They've been trying to pitch his crash TV to grab ratings ever since they went down, and it's done nothing but kill the ratings more. What good could bringing in the man himself do? (Heyman) and one for RAW (Gershwitz or something like that). I would imagine that Russo will be doing RAW now. OBVIOUSLY RAW needs help the most. The writing is just pure shit on RAW. Anyway, this guy booked the matches and russo would book the angles and the shows were really good. Russo is a guy who as alot of ideas some are stupid and some are really good if haymen or vince filter out the bad stuff we could have some good shows. Before russo left wwf the under card had alot of character I was actually interested in Holly at one time, so I say lets give the guy a chance. And Benoit and Sullivan have major beef between each other, since Benoit stole Sullivan's wife from him! And a small bet here: which number will be higher before 2002 is over, the number of shoot angles/interviews or the number of times the Undisputed Title changes hands?
