eBay is a good place for me, at least the stores there. I also try Best Buy every now and again, and whatever used or indie record store is in a vicinity. As for MP3's, I tend to go with rar and zip files, though I've gotten music off iTunes, and I might try Amazon MP3 sometime.

If it's something you can't find on iTunes or anywhere else (ie JG Thirlwell's Manorexia project), then I'll get it from the musicians web site.

All of the above...

I turn to Ebay or second-hand stores for ancient vinyls that I want.

I try to buy merchandise at any local show that I go to, just to support the indie acts.

I go to limewire whenever I feel like downloading an old 80's hit.

I also get the occasional rare/used CD from either Amazon or half.com.

Though I really have to physically want the album and artwork for me to actually pay money for it, with few exceptions.

I used to get quite a lot of music off of Emusic, but since they stopped taking debit cards that has ceased.

Either Ebay or the second hand place round the corner for Vinyl.

Amazon for CD's mainly.

I use music blogs quite a lot to research stuff that I haven't heard before to see if it's worth buying.
