alfdogg 0 Report post Posted July 5, 2008 OK, feedback. Josie is back, and wastes no time making a big announcement in the Money in the Bank tournament. Can't wait to see who comes out with the title shot and the money. Nice little opener, as Bosley has been bought and paid for by Mr. Moneymaker. Team Enterprise getting the rare victory by knockout. Or maybe it happens often, I haven't noticed! Brackets for the tournament, revealing lots of intriguing matchup possibilities. The battle royal was tremendous, even featuring a cameo from IT~! Awesome. Other great cameos included MISTER Warrior (as usual) and Mike Adamle. Big win for Jamie O'Hara, but no time to rest! Nice effort, but you better be fresh if you want to take down Colombian Heat. Good sportsmanship after the match. I really need to follow these shows better. I was unaware that Mr. Dick had any affiliation with the Enterprise. Good match, nontheless. As usual, hilarious stuff involving COD & Co. And of course, WarGames. Everything you would expect from the combatants and more...emotion, intensity, and hatred. Not a dull moment. MOTN, of course. LOTN: “Vinny Valentine, you are a miserable specimen of life. Your matches don't last long enough for people to walk out. If you get any worse, you'll hit the bottom rung of the OAOAST ladder, and when you get there tell Christian Wright I said hi. The only reason you have a job is because you've lapped up more discarded fluids then a janitor's mop.” - Krista Isadora Duncan
Tony149 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2008 I really need to follow these shows better. I was unaware that Mr. Dick had any affiliation with the Enterprise. He's just one of the many heels who support Moneymaker's cause. Now for some feedback. Even though Josie originally wasn’t intended to be the new GM (only came to be within the last 2-3 weeks), her reign got off to a good start with a strong re-introduction. LOO Battle Royal: at the Adamle cameo. Say what you will about the guy, and plenty have, but I still believe in Mike Adamle. He should’ve been the new Mean Gene not Chris Leary. It’s not his fault he knows little about wrestling. A little time and a lot of patience would do wonders for him. Besides, his Jamaican Me Crazy phrase is clever. As for the match, thumbs up. Loved the It bit between Double C. Shades of Who. Other than the name, I hardly remember It at all. But I know Mister Warrior, and everybody loves Mister Warrior. I was hoping, maybe against hope, he’d somehow pull it off but no. At least he eliminated a handful of guys. Jamie O’Hara vs. Colombian Heat, U.S. Title: Seems like forever since the U.S. Title was last defended. For that reason alone I was pulling for O’Hara, but he failed in his attempt like Mister Warrior. Reject/TK vs. Cash Money: CM didn’t win, but I like them. And though I was a bit disappointed when Moss and Benjamin lost the titles, I’ve been digging the reign of Reject/TK. When Landon talks, people listen. Or read in our case. PATD & MGHWC vs. Krista & D*LUX: First of all, PATD is such an awesome name. Secondly, this match was a blast to read. Alix was hilarious on commentary. Short and sweet promo from the DA. The stuff with TT/Family Matters was gold. ABC’s TGIF programming used to be bad ass back in the day. War Games: What more can you say? You knew this was going to rock the minute it was announced. We haven’t had one miss when it comes to WG. Our guys do it right. Sick finish to the match. Excellent job. Match of the Night: To be different I’ll say PATD vs. Krista/D*LUX Quote of the Show: “GO AWAY YOU ASSHOLE, I'M WATCHING URKEL!” -- TT
