Cheech Tremendous 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2008 We've tried this on multiple occasions to no avail. The last attempt in 2007 sputtered out before the nominations even finished. Well, not this time because Cheech is steering the ship. We are going to actually immortalize our favorite posters. Besides, it will kill some time between now and the Poster Tournament '09~! Rules are simple: 1. Nominate up to 10 individuals. The five posters receiving the most nominations will then be voted on individually. A 75% approval is necessary for enshrinement. 2. Posters have to have been registered three years, or have 5,000 posts to qualify. No rookies here. 3. Banned posters are not allowed. You fail at TSM, you fail at the Hall. In many sports there is a debate as to which hat or jersey the player will wear once he enters the Hall. I'd encourage you to suggest which folder your nominee should represent in the Hall. Don't exhaust our capacity for people-picking before January; there's only so much we can do before it's tiresome. We can barely make it through a tournament without getting sick of it. Anglesault sucked and he got banned. I think the banning was lifted recently, but no. I don't remember the other two. If you want to nominate them, go right ahead. Kinetic 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2008 I feel pretty good about the prospect of representing the "Graphics & Testing" folder in the TSM Hall of Fame. I do kind of feel that Czech was right earlier, but just in the sense that no one who isn't either a mod or a DMC guy or a secret board guy or some combination of those things really has much of a chance of getting a 75% approval. But, anyway, this is probably the only chance I'll get to be enshrined in any Hall of Fame, so let's run with it. I'll insist that friends and relatives refer to me as "Hall of Famer Danny Gregory."
