URGENT HELP: Christ, my comp is going to get fried...

So I have had to reboot my comp at least six times or more over the past week. It all started when I tried to visit the site, Encyclopedia Dramatica and by just going to the main page, it has basically fucked up my computer twice and I've been having problems since. So after rebooting my comp again today, I've been on it for a few hours and I will be on my computer but every now an then I hear an ad come over saying "Congratulations you have just won a free..." but I dont see the ad. I also hear a kising sound and a "Omgodnowaaaay" sound also among other ads. Noton could not get rid of a trojan that I currently hd also. What do I need to do to make these damn invisible ads stop and get this trojan off my comp?

Does it only happen once you go on the internet? If so clear internet cookies/cache? change internet browser?

I had a similar problem, i just used my backup disk and it worked fine there after

Download and run AVG in safe mode. Try that 1st.

I've had great success using MalwareBytes, available at their website at Malwarebytes.org or at download.com. It's taken care of quite a few problems including that damn WindowsXP2008 crap that's been going around.
