BruiserKC 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2008 The way things are going now with Christian looking like he's going back to the WWE I think doing the big "heading back north" angle was in retrospect a bad idea. However, overall the MEM vs. the Frontline has the potential to be good as long as you make sure the Frontline starts getting some licks in and some victories. I remember how the NWO seemed to get over all the time and made everyone else look weak that faced them. Plus, reading about Chono wanting to join...don't let the MEM get too big. They have about the right number now IMO to make this work. Big enough to be a formidable unit, but not so bloated that it loses its focus. Don't put half the roster on the MEM...leave it as is. Boner Kawanger 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2008 I think they learned from the nWo angle since the faces immediately united as a large group rather than the disorganized jobbers they made WCW look like.
cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2008 Thing is, WCW being disorganized is a major reason why the NWO worked so well for a while. These guys were unified, while WCW had guys who were feuding amongst themselves already and thus weren't prepared. It was the entire point.
