NFL Week 15

Agreed. The ball clearly broke the plain of the endzone when he had posession. I don't understand how that was a horrible call. Then again, I'm bias.

The Bucs could very well still make the playoffs, but they won't win when they get there because they absolutely cannot play well on the road. They just killed themselves with penalties today, over and over and over again. Any goodwill I had towards Jeremy Trueblood after winning the Chicago game with his forearm is long gone; the guy is a walking false start penalty and was abused repeatedly today by John Abraham. I think we had one unpenalized special teams play all day: the blocked punt. Other than that, it was a constant stream of the sort of stupid 'block in the back' penalties that we don't commit at home. Oh, and FUCK BRIAN GRIESE. Goddamn, the guy's a fucking limp-armed statue. I'm almost tempted to say get rid of Gruden, just so I don't ever have to see Griese's worthless immobile ass take a snap for my favorite team ever again. He barely looked at Antonio Bryant in the second half, even after the first half made it clear that Atlanta couldn't cover him. Ugh. Amazing that this season has take such a shitty turn so quickly.

Oh, and Pittsburgh is winning the Super Bowl this year.

The crossing the plane rule apparently does not apply when a receiver has possession with both feet down in the end zone. There, the rule says that a receiver with possession in the end zone has scored a touchdown. Good call by the referee.

I don't get your point in quoting a post that I agreed with after finding out the rule. You said the ball broke the plane when he had possession of it. It didn't. Don't quote a post and think that you're getting one over.

If you're going to argue that the refs ruined the game on that end zone call then go back and watch the play on the Ravens drive before the Steeler TD drive where they kept showing the replays of the "great block" against James Harrison where one arm was around his neck and the other was on his back and explain how it isn't a hold.

Yeah, it's annoying when a fan bitches about one call. But we're all guilty of it, and it happens. There are holds on every play pretty much, some are more noticeable than others. If it were the other way around, Raven fans probably would have bitched about it, too. I probably would have, too. Not out loud, but to myself.

That seems to happen at least once every game.

For the Raven fans who want to bitch and cry. You should bitch and cry about your offense not scoring a touchdown all game. You should bitch and cry about your defense who let the Steelers march down the field 92 yards in 2 and a half minutes. You should bitch and cry about your offense fumbling the ball and putting the Ravens out of field goal range in the 4th quarter.

Yes, I am bitching and crying about the whole fucking game. But the call was bullshit too. Oh well. Steelers will hopefully choke in the playoffs again.

Remind me again when's the last time The Raven's won a playoff game?

4. Green Bay - Whatever, this division blows. They've got four winnable games left aside from their rematch with the Bears. They'll get in at 9-7.

4. CHICAGO BEARS FTW~! Someone has to win this division. I detailed why I like their chances in last week's thread.

I'm sorry, what? I'm fairly sure that's before your precious teddy bears got dominated at Lambeau 37-3. Give me a fucking break. Minnesota has an absolutely brutal schedule coming up, Green Bay has one team left over .500 after this week when they play the .500 Saints and Chicago looks incredibly inconsistent.

4. Packers - And the NFC North had such promise at the beginning of the year. 9-7.

4. Packers- Has an easy schedule down the strech plus I don't want VX to get mad at me.

4. Green Bay. Just taking a guess here, I doubt whoever comes out of that division wins one game in the playoffs.

4. Packers - Minnesota is done. They are likely losing both Williams to suspension this week and could be losing Jared Allen as well. That leaves Chicago & Green Bay and we just saw what happened on Sunday. Green Bay is better than their record indicates.

4. Green Bay (9-7) - Still probably the best in the division.

4. Packers

4. Green Bay (9-7)

What I think we'll see:

Packers

4. Packers

4. Packers - See Pick #2.

4. Green Bay Packers - I'm not impressed with them this season, but I still think they will win their division.

4. Packers

HAPPY ELIMINATION DAY, TSM

To be fair, that was a hard ball to catch.

He needs to play like a god to make up for what he started.

GREAT defensive start.

Interesting since apparently some of the defensive players are taking TO's side in this argument. The same thing happened in Philly, with defensive guys like Trotter sticking up for TO in his rift about his contract. I think Hugh Douglas was the only defensive guy who didn't like what TO was doing, and called him out for faking an injury in the 2005 season. And to think, I thought it was all a ruse to make fun of the way TO acted in SF and he was gonna get a new contract. I thought there was no way Andy Reid would let that happen in Philly, and I think a lot of Dallas fans thought the same thing of Jerry Jones.

Cause it's an armbar.

Uh, no. He wasn't stopping him from running at all. Plus the ball was uncatchable.

I was joking because that was Al Michael's explanation.

Couldn't tell. Ya, he was hesitant to call it that, then he went back and was like.......uh......ticky tack call.

Ok TO. You have partially made up for the 1st drop.
