Smartly Pretty Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 I'm on a boat, motherfucker. Andy does his best with Jorma and Akiva at his side.
Jaxxson Mayhem Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 Spoiler. It's a funeral. That digital short was awesome.
treble Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 This has been an awful show aside from the Digital Short and the funeral sketch. Michaela Watkins is really bad at pretty much everything I've seen her do since they hired her and took down the whole 'Bad Guys, Good Conversation' thing all by herself.
Jaxxson Mayhem Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 Was that Drew Barrymore up there at the end?
Jebus Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 Bad Guys, Good Conversation was cut from the broadcast I saw in L.A. I only saw the first 20 seconds or so before it cut to commercial. Dammit, I was psyched when I saw Zabka!
TMC1982 Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 Was that Drew Barrymore up there at the end? She's appearing in "He's Just Not That Into You" with Bradley Cooper. But her appearance just seemed incredibly random. It's kind of like when Jack Nicholson popped up at the end of the Jon Bon Jovi/Foo Fighters episode from a few years back.
DrVenkman PhD Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 I liked WU a lot, but wasn't a fan that they used the exact same Klingon sowrd robbery joke that Conan did.
Smartly Pretty Posted February 8, 2009 Author Report Posted February 8, 2009 Keenan as James Harrison made me laugh really hard.
Aero Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 I thought Bad Guys, Good Conversations had a lot of potential, but it just wasn't funny to me. Plus, Andy's Hans Gruber impression sucked.
Gary Floyd Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 T-Pain saying "I never thought I'd be on a boat" and singing about fucking a mermaid=greatness.
TMC1982 Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 I liked WU a lot, but wasn't a fan that they used the exact same Klingon sowrd robbery joke that Conan did. They need to retire the "Really!" segment. It just doesn't have the same kind of effect with only one anchor doing it (you need somebody to bounce off of).
DrVenkman PhD Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 I feel your point, but it's still a funny bit.
ZGangsta Posted February 10, 2009 Report Posted February 10, 2009 T-Pain singing the line "I never thought I'd be on a boat" killed me. I don't know why, since doesn't seem like a particularly funny phrase on paper or anything.
The Ghost of bps21 Posted February 10, 2009 Report Posted February 10, 2009 I enjoyed this weeks Really? bit alot. And as everyone stated...the boat song was tremendous.
