I'll check into it. I know that a mod can enter one in. Also, are we able to send messages to more than one person at once? Yes. I believe all you have to do is separate their names with commas like a standard email.

I've been using a guideline of 10 posts before I split topics, but if you see something that needs its own thread (like TO), feel free to speak up. We don't catch everything.
